But now when I went back to my hometown, the river was very dirty, the water was light yellow and there were so many rubbish floating in the river. It made me feel that the river had lost its life. 父亲如冰。还记得小时侯贪玩的我因回家碗了几分钟而被罚站在门口，中学时好胜的我被选为班干部，他却不闻不问，还有那些永远是母亲出席的家长会，独自一人练习自行车的公园……这一切的场景都在质问年幼的我：爸爸究竟是用来干什么的呢？我暗暗的想，既然他只会冷酷的训斥我，那还不如把“爸爸”这个称谓改做“大冰块”的好。只是光阴似箭，慢慢长大的我也学会理解父亲：他的严厉、寡语，不过是希望我变得稳重独立，他的爱就像冰面上的光芒，闪耀着对我的期盼，照亮了我的前方。

母爱像水。一直喜欢“母亲河”这个字：河如母亲，滋润了一片土地；母亲也如河，在我们失意彷徨时，她静静的陪伴着我们，那些偶然流淌出的安慰的话语便像暖流般把我们包围，母爱是无私的，“上善若水，水善利万物而不争”，母亲也如此，她教会你一二三四，告诉你做人的道理，当你领悟这些，功成名就时，当你被荣耀的光环笼罩时，你的母亲却悄悄走开，只是她眼里的宠溺与爱护永远不会变。人们常说：女人如水。而母亲，就是这句话最好的证明。
