Things in the world are changing. People are changing and every creature is changing. Changing is a neutral word. We can’t judge it is good or bad in general, because every coin has two sides. But sometimes we need to change, because it is good for us. Sometimes we will meet some difficult or uncomfortable situation. When we are not able to change it, we need to change ourselves. If both of us refuse to budge, the problem would not be solved. Sometimes we need to change our life attitude; sometimes we need to change our views of seeing things; sometimes we need to tolerant; sometimes we need to be strong. Changing ourselves according to the specific situation is good for us.

我知道刚满十四岁的你，还有太多太多的事要去学习：学习改变缺点、学习放弃、学习变通、学习倾诉、学习让生命更有价值。

人无完人，你需要学习改变自己的缺点，让自己更完美。你要明白，只要你尽力去改变你的不完美，你才会成功。没有谁会是十全十美的，没有谁不会没有缺点。所以你永远要记住“人无完人”，就像墨子所说的：“甘瓜苦蒂，天下物无全美”。

放弃，并不代表对生活的失职，它也是人生中的契机。我知道你一直被心中的欲望与执着所束缚，束缚你的手、你的脚，阻碍你前进的脚步，你的生命也将会因此而失色。所以该放弃的就要放弃，那样你才能轻装前进，你的步伐也会显得更加轻盈，你的状态也会变得更好。当然，目标也就离你越来越近。在别人羡慕的目光中，你的人生因放弃而精彩。

你需要学会倾述，别把自己的内心关闭，让别人进不来，内心的自己又出不去，别把学习带来的压力、父母整日的争吵、与朋友间层出不穷的小分歧都自己一个人扛。当你内心感到劳累时，你应该学会让人帮你分担，而不只是躲在黑暗里一个人默默地哭泣。不会倾诉，只会哭泣，那么哭泣后的你虽然仍然爱笑，可笑容下的你却会越来越胆小、懦弱，试问内心的自己真的宁愿在黑暗里哭得天花乱坠，也不想让别人走进你的内心看看吗？

生命不在于它的长短，在于它的价值。生命的长度有限，并非人力可以掌握，但生命的宽度无限，全在人为。生命的宽度有多宽，在于你的胸襟；生命的宽度有多宽，在于你的理想和拼搏；生命的宽度有多宽，在于你是否珍惜。生命的宽度，决定于你的行为，你的品格，你的思想。历史上的人们用他们的言行延续了他们的长度，更扩展了他们生命的宽度。所有生命的宽度是由我们自己来画，而我希望这是无限的。

这几年，许多同学都在假期补课，而且从来没有补过，由于我喜欢玩，不喜欢学习。眼看着新的假期又要来了，我们班上的许多同学都在报名被课。有的同学喜欢补数学；有的同学喜欢补作文；大多数同学喜欢补英语，由于英语太难啦！对我来讲，英语好像从来没有及格过，看着同学们都积极学习的样子，我也有些心动了。

由于去年假期，同学们都在补课，没有人和我玩，我现在想还不如去和他们一起补课算了，那么选哪一门课呢？后来想了一想，我就决定补自己最差的英语了。那天，我报了名，英语老师说：“凤凤，你早就得补你的英语了，这次来一定要好好学，其实英语一点都不难！”听了英语老师的话，我的心里别提多兴奋了。

到了补课其间，我们每个人都准备了新的笔记本，将老师讲的每一个要点都记了下来。因为在这里补课的同学还有其他班上的同学，所以学习热情很高涨，我也不好意思玩了。别的同学做什么，我就做什么，反正自己也没有好的学英语方法，所以现在就是我最好的学习机会。

差不多一个月的时间，我的英语水平提高了许多，最后的测试分数不再是倒数第一，我终于进步了。当我拿着成绩让爸爸妈妈看进，他们一直夸我有进步，并要继续努力。当时，我的心里乐滋滋的，非常感谢假期补英语的生活。

书是生活的必需品，在书的熏陶下，我们认识了不同的社会，在书海中体验了各种各样的生活，书籍是人类的营养品，让我认识到了什么是生活。

暑假里，我读了老舍先生的着作《骆驼祥子》，故事的情节紧紧牵着我的心，让我仿佛身陷其中，更让我体验了黑暗的社会生活。文章围绕主人公祥子描写了一个人力车夫的悲惨命运。祥子来自农村，在他当上人力车夫后，立志买一辆自己的车，去追求自己的生活。但是，用三年的血汗换来的车却被军阀的乱兵抢走，噩耗一个接一个，厂主的女儿虎妞又给他的身心带来磨难。在他用虎妞的积蓄买了一辆车后，却又不得不卖掉以料理丧事。在经过多次挫折后，祥子的梦想随着这个社会的黑暗而落空了，最终小福子的自杀，吹灭了他心中最后一朵希望的火花，他不再想什么，不再希望什么，活下去就是祥子的一切了。通过这个悲惨车夫的命运，让我更深刻地感受到社会的黑暗。

祥子在命运的压迫下，他坚持凭自己的力气拼出一片天地。但在这个无尽的黑暗社会中，他经历了无止境的挫折，祥子已经失去了生活的信心。他曾经是那么要强车夫，最后却还是没有挣扎出悲惨的命运。《骆驼祥子》让我体验了“五四”时期的黑暗社会，随着祥子的悲惨命运，我不仅仅看到了下层人民的命运，更深思黑暗社会中人们的出路。在故事中有一句话——“四外什么也看不见，就好像全世界的黑暗都在等着他似的，由黑暗中迈步，再走入黑暗中；身后跟着那不声不响的骆驼。”这句话可以看出祥子他在走，在对黑暗的社会进行反抗，但是最终还是“再走入黑暗中”。这句话无情地批判了这个社会，同时让我陷入深思祥子多次顽强的抗争企图获得自由，却是无止境的失败，像祥子这样的人们又如何摆脱悲惨的命运？他们能否正视生活的残酷？

当这样黑暗的社会过去了，这个故事仍然启示着我们，时代和社会只是问题的客观原因，而主观原因则是自己。就像祥子一样，一开始就坚信自己的奋斗可以赢来自由，盲目的认为自己有足够的能力，失败后便一味逃避现实，结局注定是悲惨的。在现在的新时代中，我们应该正确的追求自己的理想，坚定信念，去正视生活并努力地拼出自己的天地，赢得人生的成功。

《骆驼祥子》带来了许多震撼，但更多的是启示我的道理。往往在书中体验过生活，才懂得如何更好的生活，往往在书中感受人生，才明白如何赢得人生。

在《中学生要做的50件事》一书中，其中的第一篇就是《告诉自己——我是最棒的》。这开篇之作，说明给自己树立自信心在我们初中的学习生活中非常重要，是重中之重，首要问题。然而，编者的一片苦心，在现实生活中，又有多少人能真正体味到自信的力量呢？是呀，要想成功，首先要自信。有这样一个故事：有一位老师问他的学生，“你认为自己明年能考上重点大学吗？”学生摇了摇头。老师又问他：“你怎么知道自己考不上呢？”“我没有这个实力，因为我从来没有考进过班上前10名。”学生沮丧地说。老师笑着摇了摇头说：“不对！你听说过跳蚤的故事吗？跳蚤本来可以跳三尺高。可却没有跳过3寸高的杯子，你知道这是为什么吗？”学生疑惑地望着老师，老师接着说：“科学家曾经做过一个有趣的实验。他们把一只跳蚤放在一只杯子里，然后在杯口盖上一块玻璃。跳蚤使劲一跳，头重重地碰在坚硬的玻璃上。它甘心失败，又跳了一次，可总也成功不了。

这样，经过无数次碰壁以后，即使把玻璃拿掉，它也跳不出杯子了。你说这是什么原因呢？”学生想了想，答道：“这只跳蚤由于受了多次挫折，它的潜意识已经认定自己跳不出这个杯子了。”老师说：“对！我希望你不要像这只跳蚤一样，在受到一些挫折和失败后，就对自己设限，没有了自信。”没有自信便没有成功。

一个获得巨大成功的人，首先是因为他是自信的。自信使不可能成为可能，使可能成为现实；而不自信使可能变为不可能，使不可能变成毫无希望。一分自信，一分成功；十分自信就是十分成功。自信可以使你从平凡走向辉煌，当你满怀信心对自己说：“我一定能成功”时，人生收获的季节离你已经不太遥远了。记住：不是因为有些事情难以做到，我们才失去了信心，而是因为我们失去了信心，有些事情才显得难以做到。

正如《为学》所说：世间事有难易乎，为之，则难者亦易矣；不为，则易者亦难矣。我们要自信面对每一天，自信面对每件事，直面生活和学习中的困难，要常常告诉自己——我是最棒的。
