从此我走出了自卑的阴影，时不时也就来哼上几句：“哦~什么原则都不管呐，男人呐，是视觉动物所以你舞动长发，女人呐，是听觉动物所以我说情话……”

今年，又是一场作文竞赛。我多年的语文基础使老师既让我当参赛选手又当主持人。在主持节目中，我掌握了练声的尺度，所以轮到我时，我一点也不紧张，滔滔不绝地讲了起来，我讲完了，台下竟齐刷刷地响起了掌声，我笑了，自豪地笑了！该给我评论了，还是那位老师，他笑着对我说：“孩子，几年不见，提高了很多嘛，我认为冠军非你莫属。”

结果，我如愿以偿地得到了第一，我并沒有骄傲，因为我知道：我们不该为一点点小事而被击倒。

听婆婆说，从前的人民医院只有一幢低矮的小瓦房，环境和医疗设施与大城市的相比，那简直就是马尾串豆腐??提不起来。当时的医院只有几十名医生护士，医疗技术和设施也非常落后，只能诊治一些常见的病症，比如感冒、过敏等。像脑出血，肿瘤等病医生们就束手无策了。所以使许多病人都纷纷转到别的医院去治疗。

人民医院不仅建筑完善，还引进了不少先进的医疗设备，磁共振、CT、数字胃肠机、血液分析机、大C臂……这些设备为医生快速、准确的诊断疑难病症提供了有效的依据。比如；脑外伤的病人能够在CT的检查下及时地确认脑里是否正在出血还是瘀血。为病人争取了最佳手术时间。

say that failure lashes them to work harder. Some think that failures are so

depressing and we should not to make any failures. For me, I cherish failures

very much for we can realize our shortcomings from them.

First of all, we can learn from failure and get more experience. It is

indeed so disappointed when we confront with failure. However, we can always get

some experience from failures and makes us understand our weak point. If we can

learn from failure, then we will avoid such problem in the coming days.

Secondly, the more failures, the more successful we will be. As the old

This week I didnt do many wonderful things．

I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st． It was easy and we all got good marks．

On July 4th， I went to school to learn， because I will be a junior three student soon． We would have to learn some lessons in advance． The weather was very hot． But I didnt feel that learning lessons was boring． Some teachers are new． They are good I think， although they are all looked strict． And the lessons were not too bad．

This week was the beginning of this summer holiday， but it was really typical ．

回忆起以前做的种种傻事，我都会忍不住大笑两声。童年时的我很纯洁，用我们的方言说就是“较真”。什么事情都以为是真的。

七八岁的时候，我们女生都在小琪家玩儿卖东西的、教学之类的游戏。我们每次玩儿得都很开心。有一次，我们卖一双手套，那双手套特别漂亮，我对它爱不释手。到午饭时间了，我和其他小伙伴都回家了。

等我再一次到她家玩儿时，小琪的妈妈用严肃的眼神看着我，我感到很害怕，“小帆，你有没有拿我们家的手套啊？”我说：“没有，昨天我只是看了看，并没有拿走。”小琪在一边站着也说不出话来。于是，我就委屈地跑回了家。

直到现在我才知道，那副手套并不是，时小琪从别人家拿的，还诬陷是我拿走的。我好委屈啊！

后来，我找了小琪，让她给我解释，但他一直吞吞吐吐的，也说不出原因，我轻声细语的告诉小琪：“犯错不要紧，人人都会犯错的，重要的是能改正，好吗？”小琪点了点头。

事后再去小琪家玩儿时，她的妈妈也为之前对我的态度表示了歉意，我也很欣慰的接受了道歉。

回家之后，我问妈妈：“这件事你为什么不帮我呢？”我内心以为妈妈是不关心我。我很伤心，但事实——妈妈说：“你看，我没有帮你，你这不是办的也挺好的吗！想锻炼一下你处事的能力，因为你要长大了。”听到这，我才明白妈妈是在关心我。想一想，我处事的能力真的提高了！
