然后，就是取号，分中队之类的。由于我来的较早，所以有幸被分入了第一中队第四小队，这个温馨的大家庭里，很巧，被分配到我们小队的辅导员老师也姓方，和学校的大队辅导员老师的姓一样，这也使我有了一种小小的亲切感。然而，在方老师的带领下，三天的行程，也就此拉开了帷幕——

首先，是活动总负责人孙老师讲话，我们下面的每一个人，都静静地，认真地听着，没有一丝杂音，会场下面一片安静，当时，我心里想：啊，也许，这就是金奖队员的魅力吧，这就是走到金奖这一步时，自然就会形成的一种好的习惯吧！我又顿时有了一种自豪感。

第一天的主要活动是以“我的城市梦”为主题，以小队为单位开展的“文明出行”宣传卡设计大赛：

我们小队来到图书馆大厅，选了个靠窗的地方开始了宣传卡的制作，我们趴在冰凉的地板上围成一圈，各自埋头设计着自己的三张宣传卡。“你的水彩笔能借我用一下吗？”“当然可以！”“谢谢！”“不用谢。”“……”在这个角落，无时不刻都在洋溢着文明的气息。

经过一番激烈有趣的宣传卡制作及评选活动后，就是我们吃午饭的时间了。每个小队的队员都会积极地去帮队友拿盒饭，我也不例外。拿到盒饭后，我一看，还不错，两荤三素一汤，据孙老师说，这可是全杭州最好的快餐呢！的确，我吃完后，也感觉味道不错！

然后，又是很多的活动，互动，包括自我介绍，等等。

就这样，我也慢慢融入了这个快乐向上的大家庭里，我们小队的每一个人，我都认识了，其中，我还结识了三位知心好友，一个是义蓬三小的戴淑惠；一个是宁围二小的姚朱文；还有一个是朝晖小学的戴静涵，我们每项活动时都一起讨论，交流。饭后散步时，我们也都是一起的！

其实，在那里的第一夜，我是很期待的，也有些害怕，因为这毕竟是我又一次要远离父母，一人在外面过夜，不，我不是一个人，我还有这些伙伴们啊，这样想想，我又不感到害怕了，心里只是充满了期待。，期待着夜晚的到来。很快，白天的活动结束了，我们便开始陆续一批一批地洗澡，洗好澡之后，我以为就睡了，哪知道，还要再回到集体教室参与晚间活动，不过，我并没有感到不好，而是在感叹：这样的一天，会有多么得充实啊！

等到一天的行程结束，已经很晚了，我看看手表，22点多了，有很多同学，也都在揉揉眼睛，打打哈欠，想入睡了。然后，小队辅导员就带着我们到了房间，在入睡之前，他允许我们有10分钟的给家人打电话的时间。我立马拿出手机，拨打起来，当妈妈的声音在我耳边出现的时候，我心中很激动，立马跟她讲，我在这里相处得很好，活动都很愉快，妈妈表示欣慰，也说了很多鼓励我的话，后来她也让我跟爸爸讲，他们都讲了很多鼓励我，支持我的话，让我加油，努力！听到爸爸妈妈对我说的这些，我也增加了一份必胜的信心！然后，通话时间结束了，灯关了，我也便躺下了。我向来都是比较迟睡着的，这晚也不例外，我睁着眼，透过窗，久久地凝望着不远处的灯火辉煌的一座座大厦，透过一座座大厦，我又似乎看到了钱塘江，然后，我又看到了钱塘江那头的爸爸妈妈，以及他们对我深情鼓励的目光。

夜，静静的，又有谁知道，就是那个晚上，我心里是多么激动、快乐的呀。

然后，再然后，我就静静地，笑着入睡了。

这个夜晚，很美，很美。

早晨，当第一缕阳光从玻璃窗外折射进来的时候，我和很多伙伴们就都已经醒了，房间里，便开始有了细细碎碎的讲话声。过了一会儿，辅导员就来叫我们起床了，我们匆匆忙忙地叠好被子，就去排队洗漱了，要知道，这些时间可是有限的，方老师说了，接下来的活动，可不等人！

吃好营养早餐后，第二天的行程便开始了，第二天的主要活动是围绕“我的体育梦”（体育竞技赛）和“我的环保梦”（废弃物品创意制作大赛）两大主题开展的，当然中间也会有一些像小插曲似的放松娱乐活动，做做游戏什么的。而这天晚间活动项目，却是紧张的全面知识竞赛和少先队知识答题赛，幸运的是，它们都难不倒我，在答题的时候，没有一条“拦路虎”！然后，我们便是像上一夜一样，很迟就寝，很迟入睡。不过，这一晚，我的内心情怀，跟上一夜，截然不同：通过两天的生活，我已经完全融入了这样的生活节奏，以及这般积极，快乐，向上，独立的生活情怀。我甚至，还开始不舍起来，留恋起来，因为下一个晚上，我已是睡在那张宽敞舒适的床上，隔壁，就是爸爸妈妈；而不是睡在此般温馨的集体地铺上，越过了钱塘江，才是爸爸妈妈。我开始怀念，开始珍惜，在这里的一切。我甚至突然发现，每一个伙伴们，及老师们的笑脸，都是那样甜。

第三天，是只有一上午的活动的，因为下午，我们就要回家了，回到父母的怀中，相信无论是谁，都舍不得离去，在这里，我们所收获的酸甜苦辣能让我们在今后的人生路上茁壮成长！我又一次深深感慨。

这天上午，是以“我的艺术梦”为主题开展的队员才艺展示活动，这次的活动很有意义，它让我们自己组“才艺社团”，然后以中队为单位，进行人员招募，如果自己不想进行招募，就可以申请加入别人在招募的“才艺社团”。我知道，这对我们的交际能力很有帮助！后来，我组成了一个“悠悠墨韵”书法才艺社团，我们社，在舞台上将我，及我们社员的潇洒气派的硬、软笔书法，展示地淋漓尽致，也获得了大家雷鸣般欣赏的掌声！我很高兴，很自豪，因为我是金奖挑战营的队员，我是“悠悠墨韵”书法社的社长！金奖挑战营这个神奇的“舞台”，它真的给了很多我意想不到的礼物。

三天的生活，安排得满满的，每分每秒，也都是匆匆的，所以，你的处事效率得很高，必须得跟上活动进度。当然，我是紧跟着每一项活动的节奏，还尽量“走在上游”，丝毫没有“落队”。在这里，我把“我”给读透了，“我”是梦想的力量，是奋斗的力量！我们“顶着太阳”用自己的努力去换来“果实”，这就是成长，这就是进步！

很快，家长们便来了，我们，也将要满载而归了。最不舍得，还是这些天和自己同吃同住的好伙伴们，和对自己有无微不至照料的辅导员们。

孙老师在会场上，说着最后一番话。有一断，我印象很深，她说：“恭喜你们，收获了新的成功，恭喜你们，在自己的成长路上，又有了新的航线，新的起点，那就是：‘火炬金奖’。不管，你们成功与否（就是评不上或评得上金奖队员的），你们都已经收获了真正意义上的成功：你收获了朋友，收获了习惯，收获了热情，收获了鼓励，收获了很多很多。这对于你来说，难道还不是一次成功吗？请你们回家之后，对家人大声地说‘我成功了！’好吗？”她还说了很多很多。

是啊，我成功了，我又划出了一道成长的轨迹。

在活动结束的一天后，上线结果已经在网上公布出来了，我一看，发现自己的名字显示在“第40期杭州市火炬金奖挑战营上线名单”的第八位上，我顿时激动得不得了。我也顿时，想起了总是辛苦地指导我的方老师，和总是鼓励我，关心我的爸爸妈妈们，我的内心，亦是充满了对他们的感激。

情怀依旧。

拼搏依旧。

我会永远记住那三天，它必将激励我踏上更多的成长之路。
