第二个礼拜，我参加了舞蹈冬令营，每天都有不同的课程，例如：芭蕾舞、现代舞、武功…等。一整个礼拜下来，使我的舞技更好了。二月十三号星期日，我们全家 去苗栗的苑里玩，主要是要找我外婆的姐姐，不过也有去别的地方参观，例如：妈祖庙、廖府先生庙…等，不能不一提的是，那里有一家卖肉圆的四十年老店，超级 好吃!令人齿颊留香，回味无穷…

不过印象中最深刻的还是回南部时，看到满一百岁的阿祖，虽然她已是一百岁的高龄，不过她的身体还是很健康，可以跑步、走路，都没有生病，可见平日的身体保养是多么的重要啊!

今年我的寒假生活过的很充实、很快乐，也得到许多收获，希望明年的寒假、暑假，都能像这次一样，有个美好的回忆。

Yesterday, I go to the bathroom in the morning up and have a look at when I asked: "mom I got up early," mother said: "not you got up early, but the day was held up by the fog," I think of today will not again see the puzzled.

Then I rush took a box of biscuits to composition class to go to school, I have just the elevator, havent had time to wear the masks I smelled a smell of a pungent, I put on the horse mask, go out on see, the dark days, even the leaves above all grey, turn our community garden, I just know its been pollution, firecrackers, smoke smoke from pollution, dust pollution, car pollution, then I will ride the bicycle, quickly rushed to the school composition, I found that very few pedestrians on the road, along the way are driving, handlebar of smoke into the back of the car in front of the glass, the glass cant wiped directly, we cant write todays composition, but we can meet, we called their parents let them pick me up to go home, only I alone riding a bike to go home.

昨天，早上我上厕所的时候起来一看我问：“妈妈我是不是起早了，”妈妈说：“不是你起早了，而是天被雾霾挡住了，”我疑惑不解的想着今天不会又看不见吧。

然后我就急急忙忙的拿了一盒饼干去作文班上学，我刚一下电梯，还没来得及戴上口罩我就闻到了一种刺鼻的味道，我就立马戴上口罩，出去一看，整个天黑乎乎的，连树叶上面都灰，转了我们小区的花园，我才知道天气是被人们污染、鞭炮的浓烟污染、尘土污染、汽车的浓烟污染的，然后我就骑上自行车，很快的赶往作文学校，这一路上我发现路上的行人很少，大多都是开车的，前面的车把浓烟喷射到后面的车玻璃上，车玻璃直接没法擦了，我们今天的作文是没法写了，但是我们见天可以玩了，我们就给各自的家长打了电话让他们接我回家，只有我一个人孤零零的骑着自行车回家。

我的朋友

My best friend is Mary. She lives in a tall building. She lives on the fifth floor. Everyday she takes the lift up and down. She is twelve years old. She is tall and thin. She has short black hair，two big eyes and a small mouth. She is very cute. I like playing with her. We are in the same class. I like to read books but she likes playing games. She likes to eat popcorn and ice creams. I like them， too. Her favourite food is fish， so she is clever. She loves her cat. She often plays with her. The cat likes Mary，too. They are cute.

What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.You can

take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if

our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat

in a healthy way and exercise regularly.

什么是世界上最重要的事情?我想，答案应该是健康。我们可以在没有钱、房子、车子，甚至衣服的情况下，活着。但是如果我们的健康被带走了，我们肯定就活不下去了。这就是为什么我们总是努力以一种健康的方式吃东西和规律地运动。

In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like

french fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and

fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us build

a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.

为了能吃得健康，我常常避免吃高脂肪的食物，比如炸薯条或甜点。我也很少吃肉。我会吃很多的蔬菜和富含维他命的新鲜水果。每天做运动有助于我们拥有强健的身体。有规律的运动是我们保持身体健康的一个重要部分。

Whats more, I think friends are an important part of ones health. Many

studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than

those who dont. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am

alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important

part of health. I like to laugh with my friends.

还有，我认为，朋友也是让我们保持健康的重要部分。许多研究显示，有复杂人际关系的人比较不容易得病。当我与朋友一起时，我总是感觉比单独一个人好。当我与朋友一起时，我总是笑声不断。欢笑也是健康的重要组成部分。我喜欢和朋友一起大笑。

By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper

weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as

well as my body happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can

manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy.

通过合理的饮食和规律性的运动，我可以保持身体健康和体重适中。与朋友一起的时光，可以让我的思想和身体一样开心。这些事情听起来很容易去做，但没有很多人能成功做到。我想，我们如果想要健康，那强大的意愿是需要的。

Though there are no exact figures for the ecotourism segment， a government-sponsored push for rural tourism usually involving staying with farmers has become popular in China in recent years.

虽然生态旅游方面还没有确切的统计数据，不过近年来由政府资助推出的乡村旅游项目却已在中国广受欢迎。

上面的报道中，ecotourism就是近几年经常被提及的一种旅游形式生态旅游，其实就是ecological和tourism两个词结合而成的，类似的用法还有eco city，eco-farming等。另外，这里还提到了rural tourism 乡村旅游，算是ecotourism的一个初步形式吧。其他常见的旅游形式还有：package tour，DIY tour，group/organized tour，medical tour等。

I am an ordinary person,I have an ordinary dream:Is a doctor.Because doctor may let these experience personally the human which the indisposition suffers to get rid of the pain.May let the human change the health.At the same time,I believed that,will help others,own also to be able to obtain joyfully.Therefore,I hoped future I might be a doctor.
