勤勤恳恳的他，有时还会闲下心来，跟其他老人下下棋，逗逗鸟，练练太极。每天夜里，他还会在社区巡逻，端一杯热腾腾的茶水，哼着让人听不懂的戏曲，手里提着铁棍儿，虽是一副悠闲自在的样子，但也抓住过小偷，时刻保卫着我们的安全。

可是在刚认识方爷爷的时候，因为爷爷的皮肤黝黑，一双浓密的“一字眉”横在眼睛上，脸上布满了岁月的划痕，尤其是那胡子，在下巴上留了一寸多长，像极了电影里面的绑匪。因此我和同学们总是躲着他，背地里还叫他“老黑头”。

直到有一天，彻底让我改变了对他的看法。

那是一个阴天，灰灰的天让人的心情也不舒服，大热天里竟破天荒感到冷，阴暗的天气总是让人感到沉闷。我孤零零地走在上学的路上，只见迎面“老黑头”骑着单车过来，他用锐利的眼睛盯着我，把我吓得一句话也说不出来：真是莫名其妙!

刚到学校不一会儿，天上就下起了大雨，一直到放学还没停。刚出教学楼，我才发觉，原来我没有带雨伞!

失魂落魄的我，望见远处有一个恍惚的人影正朝着我走来，定睛一看，竟然是“老黑头”!他一瘸一拐地朝我走来，一只手打着伞，另一只手里还提着一把浅蓝色的雨伞。那粗犷的声音在耳边响起：“孩子，没拿雨伞吧，喏，别给淋感冒喽，我就先走了昂。”他把雨伞递给了我，只身走在倾盆大雨中，当时的我只顾着害怕，竟连说声谢谢都忘了。

拿着他给的雨伞，收下了他的一片善心，还说过他的坏话，心里怎能不为此感到惭愧。我不仅低估了一个六旬志愿者的无私，还忽视了他老人家的一片善心，这让一直以貌取人的我，每每想起这件事，都会不禁的低头惭愧。

从此以后，每当见到“老黑头”，都会亲切的叫他一声：“方爷爷好!”

我们不仅要关心身边的志愿者，还要关心老人，给予尊重，并尽其所能地参与其中，为帮助他人，促进社会的发展，尽绵薄之力。倘若把志愿服务概括成不求回报地做有利于他的善事，那么我们每个人都可以成为一名小小志愿者。从身边的小事做起，从点滴做起，用真心实意不求回报地去帮助他人，贡献社会，做到对志愿者的尊重。

愿方爷爷和无数个像方爷爷那样的人，每天都能拥有美好的生活。

Last summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of

our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers

and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are

lots and lots of visitors.

Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests). There are all kinds of

strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big

stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls,

double-edged swords, mice, elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone

like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.

I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight

Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs

through the whole city. If you go along the river, youll never get lost. There

are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all

like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I

really had a good time.

I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than

me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the

elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are

very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.

The trip to Yunnan impressed me greatly. I will never forget it.

篇一：Work and Happiness

Happiness is dependent upon work. Sometimes we complain that we have too much work, but we fail to realize that it’s our work that keep us moving on and helps us to become a better man. Last summer I visited my friends in a small village. It was obvious that working has become an indispensable part of their daily lives. They all went to the field to plant the crops. The sun was shinning above them and they looked quite happiness about their work. On their face there were such smiles as I had never seen before.

Work provide us with happiness. Work is more than a necessity for human beings. If we have no work to do, we will waste our precious time. That’s pity. We will lose everything in the end. Work helps us to realize the importance of life, then we will appreciate it more. Everybody who live in this society could not live without working. If we spend every day idly, we will find life is boring.

幸福建立在工作之上。有时候我们抱怨我们有太多的工作要做，却忽略了工作可以让人不断进步，从而成为一个更好的人。上个暑假我去一个小村庄拜访了我的朋友。显而易见，工作已经成为了他们不可缺的一部分。他们全都到地里面种庄稼。太阳当空照，他们看起来对自己的工作非常是满意。对人类来说，工作不仅仅是种必需品。如果我们没有工作，那么，时间就会白白浪费掉。真真是可惜。最后，我们会失去所有的东西。工作帮助人们意识到生活的重要性，让我们更加珍惜。每个生活在社会中的人都必须工作，免得就不能生存下去。如果每天都无所事事，那么，我们会发现生活非常无趣。

I think many Chinese football player have done better match after match since the Professional Football league of China was set up. But we still have a long way to go to Asia and to the world. We should learn from foreign teams. Foreign players and coaches must be invited. Dalian Wanda, Shanghai Shenhua and Guangd0ng Apollo are among the best.

足球是世界上最流行的球类运动。现在越来越多韵人喜欢看足球比赛，当他们的球队参加比赛的时候，他们可以废寝忘食地为他们的队员加油。我认为自从中国足协建立以来，许多中国足球的比赛踢得一场比一场好了。但是我们的足球要冲出亚洲、奔向世界还有非常长的路要走。我们应该向国外的球队学习，邀请一些外国的运动员和教练到我们中间来。大连万达、上海申花、广东太阳神都是最出色的球队。

This morning I went to the market to buy some vegetables with my parents. On the way we all highly praised a young man in western-style clothes and leather shoes who was riding by. But he rode so fast that he knocked an old lady down carelessly.Instead of stopping, he pretended not to see this and rode away quickly. We were all very angry with the young man. To our happiness, a girl in plain dress ran forward at once, helped the lady up and took her home. We all praised the girl.

从这我们知道我们不能通过外表来判断一个人。一个人可以没有美丽的心灵是打扮得漂漂亮亮。”只有一个人有一个美丽的灵魂真漂亮

Sometimes I call her ”spotted nose.” It is so sweet. Really. Like a little cat. But her eyes. They are blue like the sky in spring or the ocean in a stormy night. They are so maddening. Well, let’s talk about her mouth. When she is smiling she has two little face-lines by the side of her lips. (dimples)

时光荏苒，不知不觉竟已在铭高这个大家庭中度过了大半年的时光了，铭高很美，众所周知。但其最美之处在于人，尤其是宿管中的她——一位生活老师。

自始至今，我们的宿舍已经经过了三次变动，但比起他人从这栋楼搬到那栋楼，从楼上搬到楼下，我便显得极为从容，只在一层楼中移动，但不变的是我总能看到那个生活老师。

短暂相处初识她

第一次的宿舍，说来也巧，属于她的管辖范围。在她的直接管治下，我只觉得她十分严厉，要求严格，导致我对她的印象不那么美好。我们要求六点起床，她总要提前十分钟就把我们叫醒，扰人清梦;而且她总是以“通报批评”来要求我们做事;这实在让人欢喜不起来。相比之下，另一位老师便显得和蔼可亲多了——说话柔声细语，总是笑眯眯的，而且很少管学生，真希望换一个老师啊!

旁人眼光再识她

不知是不是老天听到了我的呼唤，只一个星期，我们的宿舍就再一次进行了调动，正是我所期待的那个老师。看着她笑眯眯的脸庞，我也乐呵了好久。可不久之后我就乐不出来了，这个老师每次也按时叫我们起床，本应很美好，可以多睡那么一会儿，但结果却是，多次因迟到而被批评!都说当局者迷，旁观者清，我这一次算是了解她的好了。我想念清晨的走廊上，他那温柔的声音“起来了啊，被子叠整齐，床上东西别忘拿下来，今天降温，记得多穿衣服。”哎，我后悔了，给我换回来吧!

再次相处深识她

何其幸运，兜兜转转，我又换回到原来的宿舍，来到了她的麾下，也是这一次，彻底刷新了我对她的认识。

“啊，疼……”我捂着胃，皱眉低呼。我知道，老毛病犯了——胃痉挛。此时正值就寝时间，尽管我的呻吟十分微弱。但仍被巡视的她捕捉到了，她来到我的身边，柔声问我状况，温暖的手掌轻柔的抚摸着我的胃部。待了解完情况，她便去取了电暖宝，热毛巾，甚至还有一杯冒着热气的红糖水。水很甜，正如她一样，甜到了我的心坎间。那一晚，我看到了严厉的外表下，她那温柔的内心。

就是这样的她啊，她真叫人喜欢!

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of

traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.

My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I

travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk

on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from

the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get

more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop

where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a

train or on a bus. net

When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I

still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. People travel by

plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer

vacation is to go on foot.

Attention please, everyone,

Our class will go to have a physical examination in Peoples Hospital on Saturday, 10th May. Well meet at the hospital gate at 7:45.. It is not far from our school. Its about fifteen minutes walk.You may either walk there or go there by bicycle.

The examination will begin at 8:00. We are not allowed to eat or drink anything before the examination. Keep quiet there and listen to the doctors and nurses. After the examination you may go home.
