记得我刚从熊洞小学转到中心小学读四年级的时候，就被她带进四(3)班。刚到教室，她就安排我坐在三组第一排的位置坐下，我简直没想到我这个坐了三年墙角，时时遭老师白眼被同学歧视的差生，今天却坐在了“光荣席上”。我好欣喜啊!对赵老师心中顿生敬意。他对待学生一点偏见也没有，男的，女的，学习好的，学习差的一视同仁。从那以后，我就在他眼皮底下学习，由于基础差，成绩总是跟不上来我的心像被千斤石头压着，怕给班级丢脸，可是赵老师不这样看待，他经常和蔼的对我说：“不要紧张，心急吃不了热豆腐，世上无难事，只怕有心人，你忘了，有志者，事竟成，只要刻苦学习，专心听讲，认真完成作业，养成不懂就问的好习惯，准能把成绩提上来...

...”就这样，在赵老师的精心指导下，我的成绩有了明显提高，从一个拖班级后腿的潜能生越进了优等生行列...

...赵老师又语重心长的说：“趁热打铁，学业须勤奋莫停”。

不是有位诗人说过这样一句话吗?一个没有教师的国家，必定是个穷国家;一个没有教师的民族必定是个愚昧的民族;一个没有教师的社会必定是个落后的社会。我太幸运了吗，竟遇上了这样的好老师。

不仅是我个人，我们的国家，我们的民族，我们的社会都需要像赵老师一样的“妈妈老师”。
