正值夏天，我刚一下车就看见外公正和外婆忙着撑遮阳伞，这是商家赠送给他们乘凉的。外婆看见我，笑呵呵地接过我手中的东西。趁着这空闲，我问外婆：“这是干什么呀?”外婆说：“咱家门外有一个车站，人来人往，人不得在门口乘乘凉，坐下来等车呀。还有你外公说，这外面堆放的食品怕晒，遮着也好，一举两得。”原来是这样，还不是为了自己，精明的外公呀!

正如外婆所说，人越来越多，原本都坐在梯子前的，后来也索性到上面来坐，乘凉的把门口挤得水泄不通。一趟班车过后，人少了些，看看那些人扔的果皮，我嘀咕着：“这外公招的什么事呀，真是精明反被精明误啊!”

天气愈加炎热，知了不停地叫着。正和乘凉人聊天的外公从冰箱里取出几只冰淇淋，分给大家吃，连他自己的亲外孙女都忘记了。那几个人和外公推搡着说：“不好意思，谢谢!”等话后，便大口大口地吃完冰淇淋，而后扬长而去。外公再来清理垃圾。我满腹疑问，还有些质问的语气问外公：“他们又没买东西，干嘛还倒给他们吃冰淇淋呀?”外公一边打扫一边说：“这些冰淇淋的进价也不就几毛钱嘛，增进些人际关系嘛，以后别人才会到店里来买东西。”我豁然开朗，外公的经商手段真是高超呀!精明的外公，精明得可以出一本《经商秘籍》了。

日复一日，眼里揉不得沙子的我将真相看得越发清楚。外公叫根本不会经商，他的商品是这条街五六家副食店卖得最好的，也是利润最薄的，还经常拿一些冰淇淋给别人，我看得心急如焚，但是我也明白了外公的确精明，他的精明不在于经商，而在于为人。

这个精明的外公，精在于精心地对待每一个人，明在于他明白别人的难处，我终于明白了外公的精明之处。

我的语文老师是一位与众不同的老师，关于他，我有想用文字描述他的冲动，于是写下此篇。

他年纪也大了，个子不高，皮肤黑褐色，有双炯炯有神的眼睛，为人师表，举止典雅端庄。

在一堂课上他语重心长地说：“到了大学，你们依然保持高中奋斗的状态，还是觉得‘高中太苦，大学过往，愧对人生’，像人们常说的‘我要轰轰烈烈地谈场恋爱’……”他的语气很平淡，面色不改，声调平和。但看得出他是融入深情，对我们寄予厚望、一心想塑造我们的，只是进展得没有那样轰轰烈烈。

每日，他的趣谈和分享的见闻总在潜移默化地改变着我们。与其说他再教知识和文化，倒不如说他一天天地将自己的品行与节操以一种榜样(以身作则)的形式传递给我们，那理想的火炬便接到了我们手中，总觉有一种责任感。不求对社会作出多大、多瞩目的贡献，但求不利害社会，从小事起立德。

他如园丁，不辞辛劳地给我们这些小树修剪纸条，打理好、整顿好，用心浇灌，我们得以如沐春风，在阳光下长得端直。像他这样注重德行培养的老师在以完成学业为主的高中不多见，实属难得，能遇见真的有幸，备受教育和感化。

滞后时没有严厉的批评，但他失落的目光，还有凝重的神色让我们心感惭愧。于是总会用心做好，到头来还是让他失望。

小学时雷老师曾坚毅地说：“我绝不能让我班上任何一个学生在社会上混成流氓。”(当是班风很差，班上不乏有捣蛋鬼，时常惹是生非，打架斗殴，鸡犬不宁)。可他平淡，看似不在意，实则倾尽心血，更多的是让我们自己领悟。给我们悟的余地，他像位指路人，仅是在引导，如一座无声、静默的灯塔。

他爱卫生，总是做些力所能及的事。诸如，某个洗手池的水龙头坏了时，他都会敏锐地察觉，并在第一时间给校务处发短信，向他们上报，他们一行人总爱给他道声“谢谢”，他不太看重，只觉得他们能够做好才是关键。

他也组织过我们(我有幸去了，少部分人才恰好轮到)打扫会议室，他能为他人着想，总能以身作则，虽辛苦，但他给我们上了一课，再艰辛，也值了。他的实践活像一本教科书，但却是立体，现于我们眼前的。

他爱憎分明，对于社会上的不公之事他会愤慨，表明自己尖锐的批评，他会同情遇难的人。

当他看到新搬过去的教学楼因为怕走廊上的人影响教室里学习的人，于是设计者把靠走廊那一侧的窗户砌得老高了，根本不透风，窗帘只是显摆。于是，他在一堂课上开玩笑说：“于都本来就有很多猪脑了，还要请其他地方的猪脑来修，何必呢。你们一定要学好文化来，不然就算学识再高，没有人性，设计出来的东西也是叫人咒骂的。”

他不乏风趣幽默(乐趣横生，妙)，每堂课都有他心灵的精雕细刻，每一句句令人莞尔的话语便脱口而出。他的玩笑入耳，入心，启发人，感悟至深。

有回月考，他教的我们两个班真的考得很差，落后了许多。他在我们班发了脾气，一整节课都没正常进行，他像是发泄一样说了许多，从他身边的琐事到近来的新闻热点，虽然看似凌乱，但无比切题的。他给了我们很多启迪，不像一般老师大发雷霆一顿就离去，仅是给人留下阴暗的印象。

他到了隔壁班，刚上课就来了句：“上回考试你们给我个下马威，这回直接把我从马上拽下来了。”话音刚落，所有人哄堂大笑。他对待两个班有如此大的反差令人费解，但看得出他对我们班是寄予厚望的，不然也不会又那么大的怒火。

他就是这样一位富有个性的老师，他的奇异之处像满天的繁星一样数不尽，能遇上算是我的荣幸，最后相处的一段时光我将且行且珍惜。

护士们是一位位白衣天使，默默无闻的帮病人打针，有一些护士许多年来的工作一直兢兢业业，在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的贡献。

我是公益小天使的一员，星期六的早上，我捧着鲜花，拿着问卷依次来到了浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院、市一、浙江省中医院。为那里的护士送花，我走到输液室，把花送给了一位位护士阿姨，她们接过花，脸上露出了灿烂的笑容。我来到一位护士阿姨面前，采访了她几个问题：“阿姨您好!您平时的工作包括那些内容?您觉得自己的工作辛苦吗?您觉得在工作中最难忘的事是什么?”阿姨一一的告诉我：“她平时的工作主要是输液，为病人打针。工作虽然很辛苦，但是看到病人康复的笑脸使她很开心。”这短短的几句话，说出了护士们的心声。

这次活动让我了解了护士的日常工作，也希望能倡导更多的人理解护士，关爱护士。
