想起母亲，想起母亲的六十六岁。母亲今年六十六岁，按着习俗，女儿要为母亲做一碗红烧肉，有六十六块肉，要买衣服，放鞭炮。母亲对我们姐妹仨没有要求，我们也没有想到。然而，今年春节，母亲收到了很多礼物，有至亲送的，有乡邻送的，母亲感到很满足，比收到女儿的礼物还要高兴。

想起母亲，想起很多很多。想起母亲偷偷给被关的“四类分子”送饭吃;想起母亲给下乡工作干部做饭不计报酬;想起母亲和女知青拉家常成朋友;想起母亲为乡亲托朋友看病救人;想起母亲认无父无母的女孩为干女儿亲如母女;想起母亲，想起许多许多。

母亲，我亲爱的母亲!我坐在窗前，想着您!我亲爱的母亲，我深深地爱着您!我骄傲，我幸福，因为您是我母亲!

秋天到了，果树上满了水果，远处，苹果树下的小妹妹在吃着一个个大苹果，脸上带着喜悦的笑容，脸还红彤彤的，好像一个大苹果。在其它树下，有孩子们在欢快的玩耍着，有的在玩跳绳，有的在玩抓人，有的在玩躲猫猫，还有的在玩摸人。风吹呀吹，好像秋姑娘在给可爱的孩子们擦汗……

啊!我的家乡真美啊!我爱我的家乡，更爱家乡的春秋!

My english teacher

Today, I go to school with a headache. At the beginning, it is just a slightly pain. Nevertheless, it is not until the English lesson that my head pains heavily. So it is difficult for me to take notes. Luckily, my English teacher notices it so she takes me to theoffice. With a big smile on her face and caring words, she gives me a glass of water. To my surprise, she offers to help me notes. It is her love that warms me up. At that moment, I whisper myself that I will do my utmost to help others as kind as my English teacher.

As it is known to us all, there are 55 minority groups in China, each with its traditional customs, costumes and culture. Now let’s take a look at the Tibetan Minority.

The Tibetan Minority group live in Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan and Yunnan Province. And the highest ridge in the world─beautiful and mysterious Tibet is their major habitat .

As the fertilized prairie stretches around the habitants as far as the eyes can see, most people live on animal husbandry, raising sheep, goats, cattle and growing a special kind of plant called Qingke. On account of the unique climate, people often wear warm and comfortable boots in winter, and they are always dressed in delicate robes which are made of the fur of sheep. Often they take off one sleeve of the clothes and tie it around their waists in order to work easily and use it as warm quilts at night.

Both men and women there like wearing silver ornaments, which look very mysterious and full of magical power. And they are good at singing and dancing, and the men there can have braids too. When they meet an important guest, they will present him or her a Hada, a piece of long white silk cloth to show their respect. And they will also treat the guest to a special kind of drink called Suyou Tea, which some people find hard to enjoy.

Besides, the habitants have developed both their own written and spoken languages, and the long poems they wrote play an important role in Chinese literature. And there are many well-protected culture relics as well, taking the grand Budala Palace as an example. It is a historical museum as well as an art treasury, where people can share their spirit belief in Buddhism and get artistic entertainment of the carved paintings and the beautifully-written chirographies.

The Tibetan ethnic group is also famous for its strange custom in funeral. Thinking that the soul belongs to the sky after a person dies, they usually put the body on a platform outdoors, spray on it and wait the condors to come to eat the body. In this way, they believe the soul goes up to the sky.

The Tibetan Minority is brimming over with deep emotions. The people there are very zealous and hospitable and they live freely and happily on the spacious grassland. Their history and culture contribute to the diversity of China, so we certainly should protect them and get them popularized and let them receive great respect they deserve.

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value. So many people are so anxious to "get in" on a "ground floor opportunity", as if the opportunity will do all the work. Thats impossible.

Just as you need air to breathe, you need opportunity to succeed. It takes more than just breathing in the fresh air of opportunity, however. You must make use of that opportunity. Thats not up to the opportunity. Thats up to you. It doesnt matter what "floor" the opportunity is on. What matters is what you do with it.

在奶奶家，全家人都把我捧在手心养着，把我当成一颗”掌上明珠“。姑姑更是对我有求必应，什么都会给我。

姑姑今年已经40多岁了，自己在家开开小店，赚一点钱。我每一次去姑姑的小店玩时，都会被那五花八门的零食吸引住，口水”飞流直下三千尺“。姑姑一看到这个场景，眼睛弯成月牙，笑起来，挥挥手，说：”欣怡，如果你要的话，你多拿些，想要什么、想要多少都没关系。“说着，便领着我。说这个好吃，那个好吃，不停地把东西往我怀里塞，零食和我来了一个大大的拥抱。但零食太多了，装满了我一大怀。临走前，姑姑问我：”欣怡，路上不安全。我把小店锁了，先送你回去吧!“我摇摇头。姑姑还笑着说：”欣怡，下一次再来姑姑的小店拿零食吃。“姑姑的小店刚开张便是我们期待已久的春节了。来买鞭炮的人更是络绎不绝。我气喘吁吁地跑进姑姑的小店，累得我弯下腰不停地喘气，胸膛一起一伏。眼尖的姑姑一眼看见了我，立马把我招呼到收银台前来。迫不及待地问我：”欣怡，姑姑特地为你留了许些的鞭炮，就等你来拿呢。“我”嘿嘿“干笑几声，我知道，我又要抱一大堆东西吃力的回家了。我连忙摇着头说要少一些。姑姑一转身，再转回来，不知从哪里多出一大堆鞭炮来。姑姑将这些东西一股脑地放在我手上，我吓傻了，眼睛瞪得如铜铃一般大小，这么多的鞭炮，足够我放多少个晚上啊!接着，我跟姑姑支支吾吾地说：”我……我想要……想要一些……一些零食。“姑姑若有所思地点点头：”哦——“我心里有一种不祥的预感。很快，这预感就被证实了：姑姑带我到零食前，我要了一包薯片，姑姑又帮我拿了四、五包薯片，害我一个趔趄。我一个劲地说只要一包薯片，姑姑一个劲地说没关系，哎——我怀里已经放不下了，姑姑给了我一个大大的袋子，但还有一些要抱在怀里的。回家了，姑姑还热情洋溢地说：”明天再来。“回家的路上，好多人用一种奇怪的眼光打量着我，弄得我好尴尬。

暑假我生日，我在奶奶家过。生日前，姑姑早已盘算着要给我烧什么吃的。没事干的时候，可以看见姑姑，坐在凳子上，低着头，皱着眉头，眼睛向下看，扳着手指算我到底要什么东西吃。姑姑为了我吃得饱，在早、中、晚饭时问一遍生日吃什么，在午觉后问一遍，快要把我的耳朵都问出老茧来了。我每一次都说要鸡翅，其它随便。姑姑特地跑了好几趟菜场，买回来一大堆鸡翅，其它菜更是五花八门。姑姑还说，生日时，你要吃什么零食，都到姑姑小店立面去拿，想要什么、想吃多少都可以。生日那天的，桌上的菜”种类繁多“，把桌子装扮得花花绿绿。

因为，我的生活中有了姑姑，我的生活才如此美妙。
