The Spring Festival is the most important traditional one in China. As an

important part of it, fireworks bring us happier atmosphere than usual. This

Yesterday was Teachers Day. It was a great day for all the teachers and also a happy time for us students. In the morning.we went to school early and put a bunch of flowers on our class masters desk to give him a big surprise. Some of us stood at the school gate to say hello to every teacher when they entered the school. In the afternoon, we held a party. We sang and danced with the teachers. Families will hang various herbs, called Ay Tsao, on their door for protection. The drinking of realgar wine is thought to remove poisons from the body. Hsiang Bao are also worn. These sachets contain various fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness.

Another deep impression of my university is her creativity and profundity.

As is known to all, she has a wide range and comprehensive style. No wonder I

Among all means of transportation, I like bicycle most. It’s cheap as well

as popular.

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding

bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially

during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good

for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover,

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

myself, which is healthful to me.

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area

Today is Saturday. Today is very strange, very special, because when I go

One night Mr Lee was driving his wife home from work. She was a nurse in a

hospital. It was almost midnight and she was quite tired out. She soon fell

asleep. Mr Lee looked at her and smiled.

Mr Lee was a careful and experienced driver. He knew it was safer to drive

I get up at seven oclock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

Scientists estimate that the need for fresh water will have doubled by the year

2003. If they are correct， we must find new ways of saving it or producing it.

Some nations have worked on the problem and are already sharing their

information with others. They are trying to keep their rivers from becoming

polluted. Deep wells are also being dug， and rain water is being collected in

huge artificial lakes. In one way or another， they hope to provide enough water

to satisfy the needs of their people.
