In this fast-paced modern society, life can be sometimes very stressful. One may get overwhelmed by whats going on. There may be a feeling of helplessness and the worlds spinning out of control. Its easy to lose hope. However, hope is something can be created with an optimistic state of mind.Optimism helps to increase hope for several reasons. To begin with, hope is something appears from our inside world. All of us have capacity to generate hope. This capacity is closely related to optimism. Optimism help us overcome fear, supporting us with great courage and confidence to overcome any difficulties. In return, it allows us to hold on to hope. Whatever we do or whatever is done to us, it is always constructive to adopt an optimistic attitude. As the saying goes, smile and the world smiles with you, weep and you weep alone. Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild giant panda for many years. But it was not true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and they lacked of food. People realize the importance of protecting the environment and it is the best way to protect wild animals, they are the indispensable part of the nature.

I like riding bicycle

Today,I rode bicycle to travel around the Guilin central.I enjoy the

scenery while riding bicycle.The scenery of Guilin was so beautiful that I

couldnt help to take photos,which finally cause my cellphone lacked of
