我最喜欢的运动要数羽毛球了，因为这项运动可以拿着球打来打去，和对手激烈对抗的同时，还可练习反应能力。

我刚开始学习时，经常接不到高球。一接不到高球，我就没有心情打球了；一没心情，我就更打不到好球了。每一次，练正手和反手的时候，总是打不到好球，我觉得自己好像学不会似的，怎样打球都很难接到。嗨，我像泄气的皮球一样，什么也做不到。后来，我发现其实是我的动作有错误的，我经过努力地练习学会后，发现自己居然很厉害了。

在张耀天和卢潇钧打败所有人时，碰上我和王烨的“强强联手”组合时被我们打败了。可以说，我和王烨这对组合在班上是“打遍天下无敌手”的。我每次羽毛球时，恨不得跟王烨比比谁更厉害。我和爸爸对打时，我总不敌过爸爸，因为爸爸技术很好，连我的“绝招”扣球都被爸爸打回来了，霎时，我呆若木鸡了。我爸爸的眼镜就象是个“瞄准器”，常常可以很准确地“发弹”打得我回击不了。

如果你在学习上解决不了难题、生活上有事情不开心的话，我建议去打打球，这样会很好地泄放你的坏心情。运动是我最好的“伙伴”，我愿意一生陪们着它！
