Which is better, shopping online or traditional shopping? Different people

have different attitudes towards it. Some people think that online shopping is

据有关数据显示，饥饿是人类的头号杀手，每6秒就有1名儿童因饥饿死亡，平均每年夺去1000万人的生命;我国仍有1亿多贫困人口。与此形成鲜明对比的是另一组数据：中国社科院统计，20**年至20**年，仅在规模以上餐馆的餐饮消费中，被倒掉的食物约等于2亿人一年的口粮。

根据陕西省教育厅〔20**〕6号文件《关于开展反对餐桌浪费专项行动的通知》精神要求，在全省高校发起了主题为“我光盘、我光荣”的陕西省高校“光盘行动”。学院领导高度重视此项工作，有责任也有义务来积极响应，为此，我们特向全体师生发出倡议，学院师生作为引领社会道德的传播者、实践者和示范者，积极推广“光盘行动”是义不容辞的责任。

我们倡议，树立节约光荣、浪费可耻的思想观念，厉行节约，反对浪费。

我们倡议，根据营养均衡、合理搭配荤素的需求，合理适量理智就餐，按需购买，以刚好吃完、吃饱为准。吃光碗里的最后一粒饭、盘中的最后一片菜。

我们倡议，以“光盘”为荣，“剩宴”为耻。在外就餐时，实在吃不了，记得兜着走。

我们倡议，全院师生既要做“光盘行动”的实践者，也要做“光盘行动”的推动者。大家都来发微博、转短信、勤监督，让更多的人了解“光盘行动”，参与“光盘行动”，用省下来的钱，多做好事，多做公益。

师生们，“厉行节约、反对浪费”需要从我做起，从现在做起。那么，不妨就从参加“光盘行动”开始吧!
