今天中午吃饭时看了一会儿电视，电视里报道了山东一所高中学生就“光盘”行动展开的一场辩论会，虽然报道的时间很短，但他们所辩论的话题却发人深省。在这里我先说一下“光盘”的含义，这个“光盘”并不是放在里观DVD看的光盘，而是吃光盘子里所有的食物，这就是“光盘”。

“节约光荣、浪费可耻”。虽然每一位公民都知道这句话，也理解这句话的含义，但有多少人能真正做到节约呢?无论大饭店还是小餐馆，客人散去后虽然杯盘狼藉，但盘子里的饭菜却剩下许多，甚至有些盘子里的菜点滴未动，看着这些剩余的饭菜，真的让人可惜。去饭店吃饭，吃多少点多少，争取做到人去盘空，既杜绝了浪费，又节省了开支，一举两得。

节约是一种美德，它没有年龄的界限，也没有尊卑的分别，人人都可以做到。让我们从现在做起，从小事做起，把节约落实到真正的行动中去。
