Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. 我们真的需要拒绝一种“舌尖上的浪费”，事实上，这也是在为我们储存下明天所需要的粮食。有一项调查结果显示，我国消费者每年仅餐饮浪费的食物蛋白和脂肪就分别达800万吨和300万吨，最少倒掉了约2亿人一年的口粮。你随意的对剩菜剩饭的倒掉，很可能是2亿人的口粮——在这样触目惊心的日常数据叠加后，你还能为自己对食物的漠不在意而心安理得吗?普通公民铺张浪费的饮食习惯必须要改变，而制度，更需要为制止过度的公款吃喝树立起“防火墙”。 2012年的世界粮食日里，国家粮食局首次向全国粮食干部职工发起倡议，倡导自愿参加24小时饥饿体验活动，以更好地警醒世人“丰年不忘灾年，增产不忘节约，消费不能浪费”。

每个人当然不必都去重新体验饥饿，但我们的确要找回一种对于粮食的温暖与敬意。诗人海子曾经说，从明天起，让我们关心粮食与蔬菜。我们也不妨这样赶紧行动起来，接力成为“光盘”一族。

现在，全国提倡“光盘行动”，“光盘”是什么?你也许会以为“光盘”就是盘子里干干净净的，就是所谓的“光盘”。但这只是表面意思，其实，“光盘”就是不挑食，不浪费食物。现在，我们学校每天都有人在守着倒饭的筐子，也许有些人会想:这倒掉剩饭剩菜，也没多大事儿，不过就是把吃不完的饭倒在盛饭的饭篓里了，难道，别人吃不下了，你还逼着别人硬撑着吃掉啊?有谁何曾想到，这也是一种浪费，也是一种可耻行为。“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”。古人的诗句，时刻在敲打提醒着我们，在炎热的夏天，农民伯伯弯着腰，带着草帽，拿着锄头在毒日头下面耕地，每一粒粮食，都凝结着他们的汗水。又有谁何曾想到，在我国现阶段，还有很多家庭还没有解决温饱问题;全世界有一亿多孩子吃不上饭，据联合国统计，全球每隔五秒就有一名儿童被饿死。这是一组多么令人心酸的数据，看了之后，不觉得自己的浪费行为有多么可耻吗?

同学们，实行“光盘行动”，其实并不难。“不挑食，多吃饭，吃饱饭”，这就是最基本的原则。不挑食，就要求我们不挑三拣四、不挑肥拣瘦，自己喜欢吃的东西就多吃、不喜欢吃的就倒掉;多吃饭，就是要做到不剩饭剩菜，能吃多少就盛多少;吃饱饭，就是要保证营养供应，要均衡营养。只要我们努力做好这三点，并通过我们影响广大家长，我相信，我们的餐饮文化会越来越文明，节俭之风会越来越盛行，全世界的孩子们都会更加茁壮健康成长。
