近日，据央视报道，中国人每年在餐桌上浪费的粮食价值高达2000亿元，被倒掉的食物相当于2亿多人一年的口粮。随着全国主流媒体对“舌尖上的浪费”现象频频曝光，一项倡导将盘中餐吃光、喝净、带走的“光盘行动”正在全国兴起，并得到许多民众、餐饮业经营者、公益组织的热烈响应。为此，润州区市教育局全面启动“光盘行动进校园，文明就餐好习惯”活动。

我们倡议，树立节约光荣、浪费可耻的思想观念，厉行节约，反对浪费。倡导节约，从餐桌开始，从“光盘”开始，从“打包”开始。

我们倡议，家庭餐桌上根据营养学合理搭配荤素菜比例，按需买菜、煮菜，以每顿饭家庭成员刚好吃完、吃饱为准。吃光碗里的最后一粒米、盘中的最后一棵菜。

我们倡议，以“光盘”为荣，“剩宴”为耻。就餐点菜时，适度适量，吃饱为好。实在吃不了，记得打包“兜着走”。

同学们，“厉行节约、反对浪费”需要从我做起，从现在做起。同学们既要做“光盘行动”的实践者，也要做“光盘行动”的推动者，让我们用实际行动参与到节约粮食的行动中来,让节约引领风尚,共同为建设文明、和谐、环保的社会环境作出自己应有的贡献。
