Clothes are so significant in our daily life that we cant live without

亲爱的各位家长朋友们：

“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土，谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”。这首古老的诗歌我们都曾经作为童谣为孩子而吟诵，相信您比我更能够品味诗歌的内在含义，咀嚼粮食收获的艰辛!

继习大大关于厉行勤俭节约、反对铺张浪费的重要批示之后，一项倡导将盘中餐吃光、喝净、带走的“光盘行动”正在全国兴起，并得到社会各界的热烈响应。

为大力弘扬勤俭节约的传统美德，养成健康文明、绿色低碳的生活习惯，培养幼儿养成节约粮食的好习惯，我们在幼儿园也展开了“光盘”行动，提倡老师和幼儿根据自己的食量来添加饭菜数量，做到不剩饭剩菜，老师和孩子们都能够积极参与。现我们向全体家长也发出倡议：让我们共同参与“光盘”行动，从我做起，从今天做起。

一、在家用餐或外出聚餐时，要根据全家人食量来准备饭菜数量。

二、不挑食不偏食，吃多少盛多少，并努力将盘中餐吃光光，杜绝倾倒食物及浪费食物的现象。

三、做节约宣传员，提醒身边的亲人和朋友。牢固树立“吃饱是福、浪费可耻”的节约意识，“一粥一饭，当思来之不易;半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰”。

同时希望家长朋友们多收集一些孩子及家人在用餐中的光盘行为照片发给班级老师，我们会把这些素材在幼儿园宣传栏和幼儿园网站上进行宣传展示，一带动和影响更多的人们参与到“光盘”行动中来。

“光盘”行动体现的是我们的基本素质和责任，让我们共同参与，从现在做起，从改变习惯做起，彼此相互影响与督促，为孩子们做出表率，共同对浪费现象说“不”。为共同创建文明、和谐、环保的社会及家庭环境，从我做起!
