当前，餐桌上浪费的粮食数量巨大，“舌尖上的浪费”触目惊心，在我们的身边，对粮食的浪费比比皆是。我国每年浪费食物总量折合粮食约500亿公斤，接近全国粮食总产量的十分之一，也就是说，我们每年倒掉了约2亿人一年的口粮。餐桌文明是人类文明的缩影，小餐桌，承载的不仅仅是人类的生生不息，更传承了人类自古以来文明有礼、节俭惜福、珍爱粮食的优良传统。“光盘”是一种节约，是一种素质，是一种美德。为进一步弘扬中华民族勤俭节约的美德，校学生会、研究生会向全校师生发出如下倡议：

1、注意文明就餐，倡导健康饮食。在用餐时，注意自觉排队、主动礼让;爱护餐厅设施，保持环境卫生，主动回收餐具;饮食注重营养分配，合理选择，杜绝暴饮暴食。

2、努力厉行节俭，坚决杜绝浪费。杜绝攀比浪费，树立“浪费可耻、节约光荣”的理念，努力做到按需选餐，不剩菜，不剩饭，做“光盘一族”，珍惜粮食，拒绝浪费。

3、坚持身先示范，积极倡导新风。在自身厉行节约的同时，也倡导大家做勤俭节约的实践者、宣传者、监督者，在全校范围内营造勤俭节约的良好氛围。

“一粥一饭，当思来之不易;半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰。” “光盘”不仅仅是一句口号，也是一种厉行节约、倡导珍惜的生活态度。希望全校师生员工积极支持和响应“光盘行动”，从现在做起，从身边做起，从一日三餐做起，珍惜资源，理性消费，做一个光荣的“光盘一族”，共同为建设文明、和谐、环保的社会环境作出自己的贡献!
