要树立“适量选餐、不够再添、绝不浪费”的消费理念，努力做到不剩饭、不剩菜，珍惜每一粒粮食，尊重他人劳动成果。

3.身先示范，倡树新风。

青年学生不但要争当勤俭节约的行动表率，而且要用我们的身体力行、用我们的引导感召、影响和带动家人、同事、朋友及身边的每一个人加入节约行列，营造“节约光荣、浪费可耻”、“节约资源、人人有责”的良好氛围，助推“勤俭节约”成为时代徽标、“俭约生活”成为社会时尚。

同学们，一粥一饭当思来之不易，节约资源从你我做起。文明从“食尚”起步，节约从“光盘”开始，勤俭节约、反对浪费、你我有责。希望大家都能够积极加入到“光盘行动”的行列中来，师生们既要做“光盘行动”的实践者，也要做“光盘行动”的推动者，让更多的人了解“光盘行动”，参与“光盘行动”，用省下来的钱，多做好事，多做公益。

文明餐桌，人人有责;拒绝剩宴，从我做起。那么，不妨就从参加“光盘行动”开始吧!

近几个月，国家重点倡导节约粮食，并开展了“光盘”行动。

顾名思义，也就是说在外吃东西时，不要光图面子而多点，且吃不完又不打包;要少点多食，能够吃饱就好，即使吃不完也要打包带走，由此而“光盘”

“光盘”行动立刻在人民中引起了狂潮。闲时聊聊“光盘”行动，吃饭时也遵循“光盘”行动的准则，积极响应国家号召。

我们家在大年初六时正好团聚一堂，因家里的地方不够大，便在外订了桌，食品很丰盛，有：虾仁、肘子肉、糯米团、小饼、木耳……在吃饭时，大家便聊了聊“光盘”行动，有的说：“国家推出的‘光盘’行动真好诶，这样就可以不浪费我们农民工辛辛苦苦种的粮食了!”有的说：“电视上国家播出关于‘光盘’行动的片子真好，要不我就不知道了!”还有的说：“就是就是!诶，对了。咱们今天也得‘光盘’呵。”……

吃晚饭了，虽然餐桌上的菜还是剩了一点，但是我们走时还打了包，这次的“光盘”行动对我印象很深，这也算是积极响应国家号召了吧!
