But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

当前，餐桌上浪费的粮食数量巨大，有关数据显示，我国每年浪费食物总量接近全国粮食总产量的十分之一，也就是说，我们每年倒掉了约2亿人一年的口粮，餐桌上的浪费触目惊心。餐桌文明，传承了中华民族尊重劳动的传统美德;文明就餐，体现着上外学子珍惜粮食的良好素质。“光盘”是一种节约，是一种素质，是一种美德。为进一步弘扬中华民族勤俭节约的美德，落实教育部关于反对餐桌浪费专项行动以及勤俭节约办教育，建设节约型校园的通知精神，我们向全校师生发出如下倡议：

1、注意文明就餐，倡导健康饮食。在用餐时，注意自觉排队、不喧哗吵闹;爱护餐厅设施，保持环境卫生，自觉回收餐具;饮食注重营养分配，杜绝暴饮暴食。

2、合理适量点餐，坚决杜绝浪费。杜绝攀比浪费，树立“浪费可耻、节约光荣”的理念，根据需要点餐，不剩菜，不剩饭，珍惜每一颗粮食，眷顾每一片蔬菜，做“光盘一族”。

一天晚上，我们刚吃完饭过不久，爸爸就叼着一支烟，在家里散播“迷魂烟雾弹”。妈妈见了很不高兴，生气的看着爸爸，爸爸却嬉皮笑脸地说：“就一支，一支!”可是，没过多久，他又抽起来了，而且一支接一支，变本加厉。屋子里到处弥漫着抢人的浓烟，熏得我和妈妈不停地咳嗽。我忍不住说：“爸爸，从今天开始，你再也不能抽烟了。如果再抽，我就对你实行”无产阶级专政“!”爸爸一听立即提出抗议，说：“我反对!”“那你知道抽烟的危害有多大吗?……”我就以理服人“那——好吧，我戒!”爸爸也意识到了错误，也接受了“命令”。

“取之有度，用之有节，则常足”，“光盘行动”弘扬了勤俭节约的传统美德，值得大力倡导和践行。不过也要意识到，人情观念、面子思维作为“绿色生活”的拦路石，具有顽固性，“舌尖上的浪费”略有回潮也在情理之中。

回头想想，“光盘行动”为什么成效显著?说白了，因为它是一场“行动”，温馨提醒遍及大街小巷，商家主动“蹭热点”，网友积极秀“光盘”，形成了席卷线上线下的“爆款”活动。然而活动不可能一直爆红，时间一长难免冷却、降温，回归生活常态，这是规律使然。所以，践行“光盘行动”除了轰轰烈烈的推动，从长远来看还是需要在常态化上做文章，多在日常生活中加点料。

比如，多一些激励。就以餐厅的“半份菜”来说，早几年“半份菜”被高调推出，如今“半途而废”。其实顾客心里明白，进退之间都不外乎四个字——利益驱动。当前，看评价选餐馆已经成了很多人的习惯，不妨将“光盘”服务也作为评分的重要标准(是否提醒打包、是否提供免费打包盒等)，让主动推动“光盘行动”的商家名利双收，乐意把“光盘”作为店里的“招牌菜”。

比如，再来些“神器”。“光盘行动”涉及家庭、餐厅、单位食堂、宴请等不同场景，需要精准施策、深耕细作。比如有高校食堂推出“打饭神器”，其实就是一种电子秤，食物以克论价，倒逼学生勤俭节约。此外，对于打包人们还有不少“痛点”，比如宿舍没微波炉、单位食堂不提供打包盒等，这些算不上“神器”，但能为“光盘行动”提供便利，增强人们“光盘”的意愿。所谓“天下大事，必作于细”，这样的细节多多益善。
