田汉，剧作家、戏曲作家、电影编剧、小说家、词作家、诗人、文艺批评家、文艺活动家，中国现代戏剧三大奠基人之一。他创作歌词的歌曲《万里长城》的第一段后来成为中华人民共和国国歌《义勇军进行曲》的歌词。田汉早年留学日本时曾自署为“中国未来的易卜生”。1968年，田汉在中国文化大革命中不幸被迫害死于狱中。
