李策:唐国的太子后登基为皇，表面放荡不羁，实则头脑精明。自认为爱楚乔不如诸葛玥而不横刀夺爱，用另外的方式支持楚乔。

----作者的话:对于李策很喜欢，给他的章节我潜意识下的增加了一章又一章，这个人物总算从那个纨绔子弟的形象中脱离出来站立起来了。这个男人，无论是对待感情，还是对待军国大事，都有其自己独特的一套行事方式，我总是恶俗的喜欢这种复杂的人物，喜欢这类口不对心的男人。

纳兰红叶:怀宋的长公主，实则为怀宋的当家人，为了怀宋的未来苦心经营，而与燕洵联姻做了燕洵的皇后，一直未向燕洵暴露她"玄墨"的身份，即燕洵好兄弟的身份，直到终点。

赵彻:大夏皇朝七皇子，定海神针。将家国护在自己的羽翼之下，给与后代子孙，一个重生的机会。

----作者的话:赵彻是活在我梦想中的男人，如果说诸葛的疯狂是一种守护，燕洵的狠辣是一种征伐，那么赵彻就是两者皆有。他拿得起，放得下，心胸宽阔，有容人之量。这样的男人，是一只真正的利剑，可以收在鞘里，也可以千里挥砍。没人可以说赵彻的一生是失败的，最起码，在他的有生之年，北地万里之地臣服在他的脚下。纵然被家国数次抛弃，他还是在危难来临之际，将家国护在自己的羽翼之下，给与后代子孙，一个重生的机会。
