像大人说的，我的嘴巴很“刁”，就是很挑剔，别以为我喜欢吃那些山珍海味，那就大错而特错了！我最喜欢吃的菜就是——酸辣土豆丝！

我不是谁抄的酸辣土豆丝都喜欢吃的，我只对妈妈的情有独钟。我觉得妈妈的酸辣土豆丝味道很特别，每次炒出来一盘子几乎都是我吃掉的！妈妈以前是厨师，所以她炒出来的酸辣土豆丝是“色香味俱全”，它的颜色是红红的，是用辣子鸡辣油炒的，还有一些辣椒在上面，看起来很“养眼”。香是有一股辣子鸡的香味，还有一点儿酸酸的味道，味道那就更不用说了，辣辣的、还酸酸的，吃上一口那叫一个爽！现在想想口水都直流。

酸辣土豆丝的做法很简单。先把土豆切成丝放在一旁，再倒入油，等油烧热之后再把土豆丝放进去，乍一放下去锅里发出“啪擦”“啪擦”的声音，过一会就好了，翻炒几下之后放入盐、辣子鸡和醋，再继续翻炒一会，等到熟了以后就可以盛起来了！

我吃酸辣土豆丝的方法很独特，我不想别人夹一小筷子往嘴里吃然后放一小口饭进去，我是夹一大筷子土豆丝往嘴巴里一放，之后使劲嚼，等到吃完了再包一大口饭到嘴巴里去（这口饭是压制辣的）所以每次妈妈炒酸辣土豆丝我的饭总是吃得特别快！但是妈妈现在很少炒这道菜了，辣椒太多，容易上火，一个多星期才做一次，所以我很“珍惜”每次炒土豆丝的机会。

我吃过许许多多的水果，有黄澄澄的柑橘，沉甸甸的西瓜，青里透红的苹果，但是我最喜欢的还是美味的草莓。

今天，妈妈买了一些草莓。草莓的形状很像个鸡心，上圆下尖，很有特点，看到这时，我不由眼前一亮。草莓摸起来毛茸茸的，浑身长满又细又短的小刺。它的头上顶着一顶绿色的“小帽子”，成圆形，形状像锯齿。穿着一身红棉袄，衣服镶嵌着密密麻麻的黑籽儿。我闻到了阵阵清香，不用猜就是草莓。我迫不及待地把草莓放进嘴里，又酸又甜，入口即化，柔软的草莓含在嘴里，香嫩而又丝滑，让人回味无穷。草莓的黑籽儿像无数个小娃娃般发出“咯，咯，咯”的笑声。草莓不仅好吃，美观，而且具有很多营养的价值。

草莓既可以去火解暑，清热，帮助消化等等还可以清除体内的重金属离子，滋补调理胃肠道等等我最爱吃草莓。
