水，是我们生命的最基本保障!也许它在我们心中似乎是取之不尽，用之不竭的。可是千千万万的人却还在为一口水发愁。我国虽然水资源丰富，居世界第四位，但是平均起来就少之又少了，只有世界平均水平的四分之一!位于世界第121位，是世界13个人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。而中国的水价却又十分便宜，是水资源浪费十分严重。工厂建起来了，可水却遭到污染，不能用的水就成了废水!污染从另一个角度来说更是一种浪费。我们安阳以前造了许多条水渠，可由于发展速度过快，都成了臭水沟。公共水龙头经常“绵绵不断”，却没人管理。

我认为您要号召大众，至少要做到以下几点：

1、淘米水洗菜，，再用清水清洗，不仅节约了水，还有效地清除了蔬菜上的残存农药;一盆一盆地洗，不要开着水龙头冲，一餐饭可节省50千克;

2、夏天给室内外地面洒水降温，尽量不用清水，而用洗衣之后的洗衣水;

3、冲厕所：如果您使用节水型设备，将卫生间里水箱的浮球向下调整2厘米，每次冲洗可节省水近3千克;按家庭每天使用四次算，每次可节水4一5千克。

我还创作了一个节水标志时刻提醒着自己要节约用水。再说节约用石油没有什么坏处节水可以减轻农田水利建设的工作量促进了农业现代化的发展，采用传统的地面沟灌、自流漫灌，要大搞平整土地，这就加大了农田水利基本建设的工作量，采用喷灌后，土地不需平整，种地实现了“三无”，即无渠、无沟、无埂，大大减轻了水利建设的工作量，有力促进了农业向机械化、产业化、现代化方向发展。

为了节水我海洋告诉大家节水的好方法：(1)你如果觉得厕所的水箱过大，可以在水箱里竖放一块砖头或一只装满水的大可乐瓶，以减少每一次的冲水量。但须注意，砖头或可乐瓶放得不要妨碍水箱部件的运动。(2)水箱漏水总是最多，进水止水橡皮不严，灌水不止，水满以后就从溢流孔流走;出水口止水橡皮不严，就不停流走水，进水管不停地进水。(3)用收集的家庭废水冲厕所，可以一水多用，节约清水。(4)垃圾不论大小、粗细，都应从垃圾通道清除，而不要从厕所用水来冲。朋友们，保护水资源吧!
