We let the class on the line, and made them walked one after another.The weather was so hot and let us feel bad, but we could do this. If you dosomething by heart, we will succeed. At noon, we had lunch. Then, we turned back to ouraccomadation. My feet were seriously hurt but I had no complaint. Sports do us good in many respects.It goes without saying that taking

exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like

basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of

cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and

arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a

period of exhausting work. However, as the saying goes, "there are two sides to

everything", and sports is without exception. We may hurt other players or

ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities.

Whats more, excessive or severe training can do harm to our health.

My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both

With the development of society,low-carbon life becomes more and more important. Some people think it is very difficult to do.In fact,we can do a lot of things .

First, as a student,some of us can ride a bike to go to school, or walk to school every day.It can not only save energy but also it is good to our healty. Second,when we leave the classroom,remember to turn off the lights, so it can save electricity.And third, we can use the water circulary. Fourth,we can use the paper adequately .

I think if everyone does something for the low-carbon life,the world will become more and more beautiful.
