还有一次，轮到我值日的时候，和我一起扫地的其他两个同学，都忘记了要打扫卫生，所以都走了，剩下我一个人。那时我想：如果今天不打扫好卫生，明天大家就要在一个很糟糕的环境学习。于是，我只好一个人坚持把地扫好。大功告成时，我突然感觉到一个人扫地和三个人扫地的滋味完全不一样：原本三个人扫地，每个人扫一组，会比较轻松，而那天我一个人扫了三组，确实有些辛苦。但是第二天上学的时候，同学们发现昨天只有我一个值日生扫了地，并且把地扫得干干净净，桌椅摆得整整齐齐，同学们都对我竖起了大拇指，上课时老师您还表扬了我。我的心情顿时美到了梦乡，疲惫忘早已消失得无影无踪。

从第一件事后，我渐渐喜欢上了帮助别人，赠人玫瑰，手有余香；从第二件事中，我明白了在团队中要敢于担当，不仅为自己负责，也服务了他人。这些经历让我的心里充满阳光，甜美而幸福！因此，我要借这封信谢谢您的引领和教导！我还要告诉您：我要在这条充满爱的阳光大道上留下更多美丽和身影！

自打我上三年级，我们班就出现了一位和蔼可亲、温柔大方的英语老师。在我的心目中，她可是一位好老师。

她高高的个儿，一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，雪白的皮肤，金黄的卷发，看上去非常美丽。

有一次她上课，提问了我一个问题，我把答案说错了，当时，我的脸一下子红了，心里很害怕，生怕老师会大发雷霆，更怕老师会不依不饶的批评我。没想到老师和蔼的告诉了我正确的答案，并让我重述了两遍，叫我牢牢地记住它。看，我的老师温柔吧？

记得那一次，我们班的几个同学一个题不会做，老师拿出了十分钟的时间将了那个题目。但是仍有两个同学听不明白，老师一会用动作演示，一会又画图讲解，直到全班同学都明白了为止。看，我们的老师不仅和蔼可亲，而且教学方法特别灵活。

这就是我们的英语老师，我喜欢我的这位老师。

有时候上课我们很顽皮，姜老师就会变得很严肃，我们都很怕你，就会专心孜孜的听课。可是一到了下课，你就会和我们一块兴致勃勃的嬉戏、说笑和玩耍。

我的老师姓 ，是一位严厉，细心的老师。他个儿头不高，戴着一幅近视眼镜，由于我的老师经常学习，所以头发也变得非常稀少。他经常穿着一件旧式的T恤衫，非常随便，是一位不爱修边幅的人。

有一天，老师给我讲一道数学题，讲了很多遍，我还是不会，老师非常生气。打了我一个耳光，啪的一声，我就哭了，泪如泉涌。老师又给我讲了一遍，问：“你听懂了吗？”我无耐的摇了摇头说：“我还是不会。”老师又给我讲了一遍，我还是不会，这样老师给我讲了十几遍，我终于听懂了。老师又给我出了一些类似的数学题让我做，我边做边想：“这回一定仔细做，如果做不对，又要挨打了。”这时，我又想起了奶奶经常给我讲的一句话：“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”我非常认真，非常仔细的做着数学题。过了很长时间，终于做完了，忐忑不安的拿着数学题，给都师看。老师接过本子，认真的看着。我的心，七上八下，心想：阿弥陀佛，让我做对了吧，不然的话，老师又该打我了。也对不起老师细心的讲解，更对不起奶奶的教悔。老师看了一会，紧锁的眉头终于舒展开来，脸上露出了笑容。对我说：“这回有进步了，终于做对了。”我的心一下子放了下来，舒坦多了。

老师打我的一个耳光，是让我记住无论做什么事，都必须认真。

“哈哈哈！”经常能听见笑声从教室传出，这肯定就是我们幽默的英语老师在上课。

她长得不高不矮，面容清秀，樱桃小嘴，长发披肩，还有双会说话的眼睛，经常逗的我们哈哈大笑。

她才三十几岁，却有着丰富的知识，还会用一些英语说笑话，下课时她会带我们做游戏，给我们东西吃，因此我用英语给她取了个外号叫，“howlong”。

虽然平时龙老师这么幽默，但是一上课就像变了一个人似的，非常严肃，只要是她讲过的题，我们一而再，再而三的错，她就会大发雷霆，但是她一看我们的表情又会哈哈大笑。比如有一次一张试卷上的题要改否定句，一般疑问和特殊疑问句，我们班有13个人没做出来，一开始她发怒了，用马克笔和戒尺重重的敲在白板上，后来我们都会了她就笑了。

这就是我们的龙老师，我会永远记住她。

刘老师的自我介绍让我们佩服得五体投体。说她是一位很严格的老师，每个学校没有一个不认识她什么的。我心想：“这位老师，一定是个好老师!我一定要更努力学习、加把劲，让刘老师喜欢我!”老师来后，还定了不少班规，仔细一看!我们班还有许多人有这些毛病，包括我。我真感谢刘老师定了这些规定，好让我们改掉这毛病。

刘老师对我们非常好，有些人却身在福中不知福。

刘老师苦口婆心地教我们，有人却在下面窃窃私语;刘老师认认真真地写好词语、好句子，有人却不写，在下面传纸条;刘老师仔仔细细地读，有人却在下面“挖金子”;刘老师不知疲倦，帮我们改好每一本作业，有人知道有题错了，却视而不见。你们知道吗?这是一位非常好又有责任心的老师，如果你们不好好珍惜，那一定会后悔。

虽然刘老师对我们要求很严，但我知道，老师是为我们好。老师为什么这样?是因为她想然我们改掉坏毛病、考上免费生啊!在我认为，刘老师是这年级中最好的老师了。

刘老师把我们当她自己的孩子一样看待，我们为什么不吧刘老师像妈妈一样看待呢?我觉得啊，除了自己的一个好妈妈，第二个最好的妈妈就是老师了。我爱我的妈妈，同样，我也爱我的刘老师!

如果你要问我最喜欢的老师是谁?那肯定就是李老师了。

李老师是我们的数学老师，她教过我们三年数学课。虽然她现在已经退休了，但我还是非常留恋她。因为她就像我的妈妈一样，关心我，爱护我。

李老师长着一头黑短发，但里面夹着几根银丝。她的眼睛会说话，当我们犯错误的时候，她的眼睛会发出严厉的光芒，好像在说：“你们这次考得怎么那么差，这道题讲过好多次了，不应该出错呀!”当我们在期末考试取得好成绩的时候，她的眼睛里又会闪出高兴的光光芒，好像又在说：“这次考得不错，主要在这道题上出错了。我给你们讲一下，下次继续努力哦!”

这学期我参加了英语拼词大赛，和我一同参加这次比赛的队员来自不同的班级，我们彼此之间不是很熟悉，录制完自我介绍的视频后，便再无音讯，大家便各自准备各的，迎接决赛的到来……

比赛如期而至，我们队代表英语W老师参赛，我们上场前，W老师拍拍我的肩：“加油！你一定行！”带着老师期望的我们，在第一轮却已落后4分，我们时不时望着台下的W老师，不知道他会不会觉得可惜？会不会对我们失望？但当我们决定通过那几道10分值的题目扳回一局时，却屡战屡败，三轮下来，不但没有按我预想中的进行，反而丢失了三十分，我知道，分值再高的题目，也不能帮我们赢回胜利了。

在我们队的无限自责中，比赛也接近了尾声，我们的W老师作为英语教研组长为台上的选手颁奖。“三等奖中的三等奖”（最后一名）的我们，恨不得找个地洞钻进去，W老师看到有意躲在人群中的我们，大步走到我们身边：“来，让我给我的孩子们颁奖！”说着，我们每个人的脖子上也多了一块奖牌，W老师递给我们一个和蔼的眼神：“一次输赢说明不了什么，大家努力了就好，好好复习，明年的拼词大赛我们卷土重来！”我望着W老师那张亲切的脸，他的眼神里没有一丝责备，更多的是关爱，我不禁心生暖意，是啊！明年我们卷土重来！

第二天的英语课上，W老师对昨天的拼词大赛进行了总结：“想必大家昨天都去观看了拼词大赛，我认为比赛的输赢并不重要，努力的过程才是根本。当然，大家应该积累比赛经验，每次比赛都是一次不平凡的经历，老师希望大家能积极参与各类学科活动。这次代表咱们班参赛的是L同学，请大家给予她热烈的掌声。”说完老师再次递给我一个和蔼的眼神，为我鼓起掌来，全班响起雷鸣般的掌声，我也下定决心：“明年拼词大赛一定好好努力，不让同学失望，也为老师争光！”

汤老师还很关心我们。记得有一次，我有点不舒服，去医务室量了下温度，37.5度，汤老师就跟我说：“如果不舒服，就跟老师说，老师就会和家长说的。”汤老师对我们真的非常关心。

说起我最讨厌的老师，莫过于我的小学班主任王老师了。可不是吗？在我所有的老师中，就属王老师最严厉。

王老师年过半百，高高的个子，平时穿这一套西服，往讲台上一站，不比年轻教师逊色。王老师的严厉是出了名的，连我们这些好学生都经常挨批评，后进生就不用说了，同学们私下都称王老师为“牛魔王”。平时一见到王老师，跑得比兔子还快。

就说那次数学作业吧。我因一时粗心大意将74写成47，后果不堪设想。我被传唤到办公室，等待发落。王老师大发雷霆，说这种低级错误不该犯。我红着脸，站在旁边一言不发，心里却不服气：不就是颠倒了数的位置吗？大不了下次注意点儿就是了，何必小题大做呢。这件事过了好几天才平息下来，说来也巧，正是因为王老师的小题大做，才使我的作业中很少出错。

真是一波未平，一波又起啊。

过几天就是国庆节了，班里的黑板报任务就落在了我身上。我又是上网又是找参考书，终于确定了分块的计划。谁知刚分好版块，王老师来瞅了瞅，说：“这版块也太呆板了吧。”什么？我忙活了整整一节体育课，就这样轻易被“呆板”俩个字否认了，自我感觉还不错啊！我欲哭无泪，只好重新设计，经过冥思苦想，确定了一个新的设计方案。碰巧那几天副科老师不允许上课出刊，因此黑板报迟迟未出。早操下课，王老师再次传换了我，又是几句批评的话，指责黑板报的进度太慢，速度是最关键的。我真是哑巴吃黄连——有苦说不出啊。

就是这位令人“讨厌”的老师，总板着一副严肃的面孔，让我的作业中很少有错误，让我学会了出刊，学会了提高速度与质量，六年来学会了很多很多……同学们，你们说王老师讨厌吗？
