我知道自己闯了祸，像一个犯了错的罪人一样顿时立在自己的座位旁边不敢出声。还好老师给我面子，没当着全班同学的面数落我，让我和同桌跟着他去办公室谈，他让我写份检讨拿给他，可当我第二他拿给他检讨的时候他看也没看一眼，告诉我说下不为例，果真是宰相肚里能撑船，多么随和的一个人，他大人不记，我这个小人自然就好过了。

我是一个不太善于表达自己情感的人。写下这四个字时，我却发现，一种浓浓的感动早已溢于笔尖，积蓄已久的情感如一扇打开的闸门，从心底喷涌而出…… I am a person who is not good at expressing his emotions.When I wrote these four words, I found that a strong movement was already overflowing with the pen tip.

她们像呵护露珠一样小心翼翼地呵护着孩子们的心灵，又像尊重同事那样尊重孩子的选择。我欣喜地看到，在我们43中学——这个生命成长的乐园里，教育已不再是传统意义上的教法、学法，而是心灵与心灵的沟通，生命与生命的对话，智慧与智慧的碰撞!这是教育的真谛。如果我们都能意识，教育是一项为未来社会培养人才的事业，那么，有了这种沟通、对话与碰撞，我们的教育现代化，我们的民族复兴也就指日可待了!

进入初中，英语老师是我喜欢的老师之一。她是一位和蔼可亲、温柔的老师，有一双明亮的眼睛，一头乌黑笔直的长发，笑起来特别可爱。她的脾气很好，轻易不会对我们“动怒”。

或许是因为我从小学开始英语就不错吧，所以我一直都很喜欢英语老师，而她更是我见过的最温柔的老师。

记得有一次，老师留了一张英语卷子给我们做。那天晚上，我做完英语以外的作业时，已经9点多了，头有些晕，想睡觉却想起来还有张英语卷子没写，早上还要背题，所以我只能忍着疲惫写起来，可刚写了几道题就开始昏昏欲睡，上下眼皮直打架。突然，我心里萌生了一个想法——瞎写。于是，我开始行动起来，遇到选择题时就乱选，遇到填空题时就看和哪个单词像就写哪个，十分钟不到，一张卷子就做完了。

第二天，我紧张地把作业交了上去，心想：应该没事吧。到了下午，卷子发下来了。我一看这么多错题，心想：完了完了，错这么多题，老师会不会叫家长啊，还是会把我送到政教处？几分钟后，老师来了，我低着头，生怕老师看见我。老师开始讲卷子了，我跟着老师的速度开始改题，心想：难道老师不记得啦？想到这儿，我心里悬着的石头稍稍放下了点。突然，老师说：“咱班有个同学错题可多了，是全学年写的最差的一个。念在是初犯，就不说是谁了，下次好好做。”我的脸“唰”地一下就红了，知道老师说的是我，心虚地看了一眼老师，发现老师也正看着我，我赶紧又低下了头。老师继续讲题了，我不敢有一丝懈怠，认真地听了起来。

这就是我的英语老师，她能理解每个学生的感受。我以后也要理解老师的感受，再不能让老师失望了。

自从我上了初中以来，我最喜欢上的课就是英语课。因为上英语课非常有趣。

我的英语老师姓寇，她非常的漂亮。寇老师个子不高，圆圆的脸，大大的眼睛，戴着一副近视镜。

今天的活动课上，英语课代表把昨天的英语练习册发下来了，我打开练习册,一个个鲜红的错号就映入我眼帘，这时候，我就特别难受，甚至开始讨厌英语课，讨厌英语老师。下节课就是英语课，我生怕老师对练习册上的答案。

上课铃响了，寇老师走了进来，我的心“咚咚”地跳着，只听见寇老师说：“同学们，拿出练习册，这节课我们来对练习册。”我最担心的事情发生了。我慢吞吞地掏出练习册，不情愿地翻开书。老师开始讲题了，我用手挡住书，低着头，不敢看老师的眼睛。这时候，寇老师突然咳嗽起来，而且声音越来越大，我小心翼翼的抬起头，发现寇老师的额头上出现了豆大的汗珠，我体会到了寇老师为我们上课是多么辛苦!我真想对寇老师说：“您辛苦了!”

这次期中考试，我的英语成绩很不理想，当寇老师看了我的成绩后，马上把我叫到了办公室，我本以为寇老师会批评我呢!每想到我刚走进办公室，寇老师就温和的把我叫到跟前，给我讲错题。我被感动了，我下定决心，一定要努力，考个好成绩，不会让寇老师失望!

功夫不负有心人，这次月考成绩，我考了98分，寇老师当着全班同学的面表扬了我。

我喜欢我的英语老师——寇老师。

新学期的开始，每一位同学都会从新开始认识自己的老师，而我也不例外。

我的英语老师是一个又瘦又帅的人。他讲课时，会有几分钟的玩笑时间，所以我们班的每个同学都喜欢他的英语课，而他也不喜欢我们在他的课上表现出昏昏欲睡或者是整个班死气沉沉。如果那 样，他会很不高兴，从而不给我们讲课。

因从我们每一个人都不会这样做的，而且会紧绷着自己的神经，生怕会在他的课上犯困。但如果我们让他高兴了，他会很高兴上我们的课程，而且会给我们讲笑话，逗得我们哈哈大笑，使得课堂气 氛非常活跃。

而这就是我的英语老师。

我们的英语老师姓庄。他的英语水平可以跟老外相比。他不仅是英语组的组长，还是政教务主任，管理能力也不差。

庄老师很幽默。他总是把英语教的有趣，易学，英语课上总充满着欢声笑语。

学英语时，有一些学生经常忘记一些单词的发音，总是用汉语写出读音。庄老师知道了，一天，他微笑着说：“同学们，我给你们讲个故事，请认真听。过去有个学生学习英语，他总是用汉语写单词的发音。一天，老师教他一个生词，MOUTH《嘴》，但他不知道用汉语如何来写，所以，他只在“MOUTH”旁边写了“厕所两个字。第二天老师问他“嘴”用英语这以说?他看了看单词说“厕所”。庄老师又说，不要像他那样做，记得多读，多说，多写，这对你们来说是有好处的。”

英语老师真是我们的益友。
