The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. 这个结果更让我吃惊：当我正在看的时候，一个香蕉皮突然飞出，被扔在垃圾箱旁边。起初，我以为人们走过去扔了它，但它被随意扔进了垃圾箱。这比我预料的更糟。很遗憾我没有看到哪一个，但是我心里很生气：即使这是你自己的社区，也不能是这样的！再说，这还是每个人的社区！从以上两个例子可以看出，有些人对环境的现状一无所知。虽然有句谚语说“不知者无罪”，但他们应该始终有一点环保意识。不要说你必须在全省范围内做这件事，但至少你必须从自己做起，从每一点做起。我们周围有许多人利用环境影响他人。请不要忽视它。你主动改善环境，帮助自己。因为你也生活在这种环境中，其他人也是如此，所以你所做的事与他人相关。让这个环境更好地为人民服务。

最近，我们开展了一次保护环境的小队活动——捡喷水池中废弃的烟花爆竹。

我们拿着两个垃圾袋来到一位队员的小区里，在他的带领下，我们来到了一片“小竹林”里，在地上找了几根细长而有韧性的竹竿，开始了我们的“工作”。

做好了准备，我们来到了小区内的喷水池边，把垃圾袋放在边上，便弯下腰开始捞起了掉落在水中的烟花爆竹。由于水很浅，喷水池的边缘也较低，捞起来并不太难。队员们个个都很卖力。虽然天气寒冷，但是队员们的头上都冒出了汗。路过的环卫阿姨连连夸我们做得好，还说我们帮了她的大忙。

虽然前面干得很顺利，不过，我们还是遇上了一点儿小麻烦。一位干得正卖力的队员看到了一个个头较大的爆竹壳，儿捞不上来。同伴们三言两语的说着捞上来的办法。我们绞尽脑汁，终于想出了办法，“把竹竿插在爆竹壳儿两边的小洞里，协调地往上拉，就可以把它捞上来了嘛。”队员们听从了我的建议，齐心协力地捞上了爆竹壳儿。接着，大家又不亦乐乎的干了起来……

这是一次非常有意义的活动。活动虽然花费的时间不长，但却让每一位队员都体会到了环卫工人劳动的辛苦和保护环境的重要性。

保护环境，人人有责……
