我认为，首先应看看学生们在校园可能遇到哪些问题。

What is beauty in your mind?

everyone admires beauty. everyone has his own standard about beauty.

nowadays some people tend to think that they own beauty if they have a good looking. they are not satisfied with their appearance. they spend much money taking a kind of operation. can beauty really be man-made?if so,everybody can get beauty. as a result,there is no beauty at all.the appearance is given by our parents and is unique in the world. everyone should value it. i would rather nature as the standard of beauty. just accept yourself,accept everything the god gives to you,and create the beautiful life belonging to you.

many heroes dont have beautiful surface. however,their beautiful images often come to our minds. their beauty comes from their contributions to the society.dont be eager to judge whether a person is beautiful or not without a thorough understanding of him. a beautiful person is not the one with a good looking,but with a broad and kind heart.

good looking is pleasant while spiritual beauty is more important. as an old saying goes,"virtue is fairer than beauty. "if you have a kind heart,you own real beauty.

伴随着中华民族的伟大复兴，中国——这颗冉冉升起的东方巨星，正在以惊人的速度飞快发展。在当前复杂的国际形势下，中国更是以崭新的姿态雄踞于世界之林。作为一名中华儿女，我的内心无比骄傲和自豪。我的祖国正在昂首阔步走向世界舞台的中央，进而展现出它华美的容颜。

随着中国国际地位的日益提升，我们的祖国将于2022年2月4日迎来中国历第一个冬季奥运会。届时，我们的首都北京将连同张家口市共同作为主办城市。这是我国继北京奥运会、南京青奥会之后举办的第三个奥运赛事。到那时，北京将成为第一个举办过夏季奥林匹克运动会和冬季奥林匹克运动会的城市。同时，这也将继1952年挪威的奥斯陆之后，时隔整整70年后，第二个举办冬奥会的首都城市。

我作为一名有上进心、爱国的志士少年，将一如既往地准备着，努力着，奋斗着。用我坚强的意志和勤奋的汗水，塑造出一个过硬的新时代共产主义接班人，为我们的祖国能够顺利并且成功的举办冬奥会添砖加瓦，贡献自己的一份力量。

所谓倾听和倾诉，虽然只有字面的一字之差，但是它们之间的差距却完全不同。你曾想过它们之间的差距么倾听，便是字面上的意思，即：认真听着别人所说的，思考他们所说的。而且倾听属于有效沟通的必要部分，以求思想达成一致和感情的通畅。那么，倾诉呢倾诉即是你对着一个人，无论他是谁，只要那时他或她在你身边就是了。

当他来到你的身边，你便是无助的小孩，没有丝毫掩饰的表达自己的情感给他或她。

那么，你真的倾听过他或她对你的倾诉么如果没有，那么请你给他或她道歉吧。为什么呢因为你并没有过一次倾听别人对你的诉说!你把别人对你的感情抛在了一旁，全然不顾别人的感受!因为别人因为你是一个可以倾听他或她倾诉的人，所以才来找你，可是你还使他或她感到失望，无助。

你觉得这么做对吗当别人找你诉说的时候你却这么对他或她诉说者在对别人诉说自己遭遇的同时，把自己的痛苦分给了对方感受，但是倾听者却是倾听对方诉说的人，体会对方的感受，因此感同身受。所以比起诉说者，我更愿意做一个倾听者。

倾听别人的诉说，体会别人的遭遇，感受别人的痛苦。虽然说是感受到了对方的痛苦，但是相反，你也在体会痛苦的同时减轻了对方的痛苦，这不是一件很好的事吗正是因为有了倾听者的存在，才让倾诉者有了倾诉的对象，使得自己的痛苦得以减轻，同时也让倾听者体会到了同样的感受。

可是在现在，大部分压力大的倾诉者并没有一个合适的倾诉对象，为什么呢因为学生之间有着共同的压力，而身为师长的老师们却也有着来自学生的压力。所以正因为这样，才使得现在的学生们一个一个都把来自各处的压力和自己痛苦的遭遇深埋在自己的心中，生怕被某些人看见。同样的，学生也并不是没有像父母这样的监护人可以诉说。但是，对父母倾诉的人却是少之又少。这又是为什么呢因为啊，现在的学生们普遍都处于青少年的叛逆成长期中，而在这时，父母也有更多来自家庭，工作上的压力，从而使得倾诉者无法拥有一个合适的环境和时间来对于父母的倾诉。

正是因为有倾听与倾诉的关系，才使得倾诉者与倾听者显得密不可分。

而有是因为有了倾诉者的存在，才会使得倾听者的存在显得有意义，不是吗倾听者与倾诉者，本就是应该在一起的，而正是因为来自社会各方面的压力，才使得这两者之间的关系显得不是那么恰当。

那么，你是愿意做一个将痛苦分享给别人帮你承担的倾诉者;还是愿意做一个分担别人痛苦的倾听者这两者之间，不过是一个字的差别;不过是两种态度的差别;更是两种人格的差别!

亲爱的同学们：

今天我们复兴中学举行“劳动光荣，从我做起”的主题演讲会，我代表G176班作个发言。

此时，我们的耳边响起了高尔基的声音：“我们世界上最美好的东西，都是由劳动，由聪明的手创造出来的”。大家都学过历史，在从猿进化到人的过程中，劳动起了决定性的作用。这些年，我们隆重祭祀炎帝，他就是古代的劳动模范，尝百草，亲农耕，留下了一个披荆斩棘的先祖形象。我们读《诗经》，那里有排山倒海的劳动的声音。我们背诵“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土”“足蒸暑气土，背灼炎天光”，我们想像上海屋檐下的包身工的劳动场景，甚至，我们走进图书馆，翻阅美国诗人惠特曼的《草叶集》，感受那么多马车夫、渔夫、木匠、伐木工等劳动者的多姿多彩，在我们成长的节奏和所受的教育里，劳动创造世界，不仅是名言哲理，而且是知识体系，是栩栩如生的形象。

1899年7月，由恩格斯领导的第二国际，在巴黎举行代表大会，通过了五月一日为国际劳动节，当五月的鲜花遍地开放的时候，我们甘之如饴地享受节日，我们知道这一天所寓示的深刻的历史逻辑吗?

亲爱的同学们，面对着劳动这个话题，我们可以审视一下自己，我们做得怎么样啊?有人说，我们动手能力差，我们把脏衣服寄回家，我们不会洗衣服，不会烧开水，不会叠被子，学校打扫卫生还要家长代劳……是的，是的，这不是空穴来风，确实是我们的真实写照，我们或多或少地都有这种轻视劳动的毛病。不但如此，我们还随手丢馒头，扔稀饭，而我们眼中憧憬的是长大后当大老板、住别墅……今天，站在这里，面对着这个庄严的主题，想起我们种.种有差距的问题，我不得不惭愧地低下头。

我的语文老师告诉我，在上世纪80年代，有一首诗非常有名，《中国，正站在高高的脚手架上》，很形象地阐释了劳动与崛起的中国的关系。一砖一瓦、一锤一钉的勤奋劳动，爬坡过坎、负重前行的诚实劳动，实干加巧干的创新劳动，构成了中国的精神图谱。我们是21世纪的中国青年，我们与新世纪一起成长。在这个美丽的国家，我们受到了良好的教育，有奋斗自成芳华的人生哲理启示，有王进喜、时传祥、李素丽、许振超给我们的向导，我们相信美好生活不是免费的午餐，不是天上掉的馅饼，那种不劳而获的一夜暴富，不是我们追求的价值。我们以身许国，以身报国，就是要让个人的奋斗与国家的发展同频共振，而个人奋斗的底色就是劳动观念、劳动习惯、劳动能力，它是我们走向未来的入场券。

亲爱的同学们，习近平总书记说：“青少年阶段是人生的拔节孕穗期，最需要精心引导和栽培”。劳动是实现中国梦的发动机。热爱劳动，必须在青少年时期养成。让我们人人都热爱劳动，从小事做起，从今天的我做起!请你们监督G176班的我，我与你们一起，雄姿英发，让我未来的名片上，写着：一个热爱劳动的劳动者。

Graduation and Moving on

Graduation is a time when we move on, from school to university, or out

into the real world.

Before graduating from school, We usually have a variety of activities,

like taking pictures, leaving encouraging words to one another in memory of our

friendship, or giving presents to our teachers express our thanks and show

respect.

However, I have mixed emotions about moving on.I want to stay and have more

fun with my friends, but I will have to move on.Graduation means taking a step

forward---moving onward and upward.Thus I can learn more and will be more

skilled and experienced.

Graduation is coming whether we are ready or not.Lets make great efforts

so that our dream will come true.
