我的课余生活游泳1

我的课余生活像一首好听的歌，丰富多彩，学游泳、打篮球和羽毛球、骑自行车、弹吉他.....没有一样我不喜欢。其中我最喜欢游泳。

每个星期六，妈妈都会带我去九山游泳馆学游泳，这里人可真多呀！有学蛙泳、自由泳、蝶泳、仰泳，其中我是学自由泳的，起先我不敢下水，在教练的鼓励下，我战胜了心中的恐惧，跳下水。终于成功了，我来回游了十圈，我为我自己骄傲。

平时一放学，我就骑着自行车，拉上爸爸和妈妈，去广场上玩。我还记得妈妈教我骑自行车，那时候我还经常摔倒在地上。爸爸说“一定要坚持努力，才有收获。””我鼓起勇气，转了一圈，爸爸看到了，笑着点点头说：“看到了吧，儿子，这就是只要努力就能得到成功。”就这样，我每天练，现在骑着像鸟儿一样自由自在。

我的课余生活充满快乐，并让我感到运动的重要性，希望同学们在课余生活中都有不一样的快乐。

我的课余生活丰富多彩，画画、滑冰、唱歌……但是我最喜欢的是游泳。

我常常在电视里看那些游泳健将在水里伸缩自如地展示自己那美丽的游泳姿势，我也想能像他们那样在水里游动。

终于有一天，妈妈带我和辛月、金美善等六个小朋友一起去学游泳了。

刚开始，我们和教练一起做热身操。我一做完就迫不及待地试了一下水温，“哎呀！好凉！”我不由自主地喊了一声，心想水怎么会是凉的？妈妈明明告诉我水是热的啊。肯定是妈妈怕我不来，骗我的。

该上课了，之间别人都纷纷跳进了水里，我心里也痒痒的。因为我是初学，教练先让我在岸上做蛙泳的动作，练了一会儿，教练说我可以下水了。我拿着浮板准备下水。刚开始时，我心里有些害怕，但是教练鼓励的话让我从胆小中走了出来。我先抬头吸气，然后屏住气把头伸进水里，手和脚一起做蛙泳的动作，这样身体就向前游动了。游了一会儿，我的动作变得轻松自如了，也敢睁开眼睛看水下的东西了。我觉得自己仿佛变成了一条小鱼，这时我心里只有一个字：“爽”！

游泳已经伴随我度过了整整一个暑假，给我的课余生活带来了无尽的欢乐和幸福。我喜欢游泳。

我的课余生活有游泳、画画、读书、写字、钢琴、舞蹈，我最喜欢的课余生活是游泳。

今天早上我刚刚睡起来，妹妹兴奋地对我说：“姐姐！姐姐！我给你讲一个好消息，姨妈说今天要带我们去游泳呢！”我一听这句话就一下子从被窝里爬了起来，我竟然可以去游泳了！这时候，我高兴地心怦怦地跳个不停。

吃过早饭，我们来到了游泳馆，我迫不及待地换上了游泳衣。我和妹妹准备要下水了，妈妈急忙说：“游泳圈！游泳圈！”我和妹妹忙把游泳圈套上了。刚刚开始，妹妹和我小心翼翼地把脚伸了下去，我以为水是凉的，“咦，怎么水是热的？扑通，扑通！我和妹妹就跳进了池水里。我和妹妹在浅水里面玩皮球和打水仗。

我妹妹可是一个淘气包，我在游泳的时候，妹妹一会抓上我的脚，一会儿拉我的游泳圈，都不让我好好玩。

到了吃午饭的时间了，我和妹妹依依不舍地离开了游泳外馆。

“这真令人胆战心惊呀！”，在一个阳光明媚的早晨，一场车祸即将来临。

那个时候：我和妈妈过马路，刚走到一大半时,一辆小轿车迎侧而来，我吓的胆战心惊，连逃都不知道了，妈妈干净把车往上一拉，我赶紧抓住车的座凳，终于我们脱离了危险，我把这辆车牌号记了下来。

我的妈妈也有一份责任,在五米远处，有一条斑马线,而我妈妈没有走斑马[转于]线,我希望所有人像妈妈一样要接受这次教训，以后过马路走斑马线。

我也希望驾驶员们小心开车，珍惜每个人的生命，我更希望老老少少也要注意安全，我们大家时时刻刻关心着每个人的生命。

生命只有一个，关爱生命，人人有责。

Today I found time was a cruel thing.Whatever man is,time always goes on.It

won’t stay to wait for somebody.You can’t use anything to exchange time.Time is

also a fair thing.Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy comfortable

life.time won’t leave them more.

live very happily today! in the morning, it is very fine! then i climb the

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful.

in the afternoon, i go to friends home to play, the friend entertains me

warmly, show me a lot of books of his , has listened to his cd for me , then

also ask me to eat a sumptuous dinner.

coming back home in the evening, family and i sat and watched tv together,

we are returning and eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy

and harmonious!
