问其他们是否有做这些公益项目的资源和优势，他们的回答还是惊人的一致：项目拿来再说!有钱了事好办!

作为一个励志于从事公益事业的人来说，不会对美国人彼得.德鲁克感到陌生，这位非营利社会组织管理大师强调：非营利组织首先要确立组织的使命，只有明确的组织使命才能在这个正确轨道上发展。

随着中国社会的发展，现在涌现出很多注册或者没有注册的社会组织，这些组织成立之时都会有自己成立的使命或者是想法，这些使命和想法都将会付诸于社会实践中。

可是，眼前一些社会组织为了生存而忽略甚至是放弃了自己的使命和初心，他们为了能够申请到资金不惜改变组织使命而求生存，为了自己能活下去而放弃了自己的社会组织使命。

这样的社会组织可能会申请到一些资金，他们会做标准的项目申请书，会按照项目要求设计工作步骤和措施，项目申请成功可能会解决一时的生存危机，但是这样的社会组织不会有进步和发展，因为他们缺乏自己的造血功能，社会组织单靠外部的输血是不会长久和发展的。

社会组织还是要明确自己的定位和使命，明确自己的优势和劣势，做自己能做的事情，做自己能做好的事情!

细细看来，他们的成功启示就是先做事，把自己能做能做好的事情先做好、做实、做出效果来!有了良好的效果，各项支持包括政策、资金就会随之而来。

现在一些社会组织为了生存把精力和时间花费在了争取政府的创投项目上，都用在了如何满足政府的需要上!

目前，政府的一些公益创投项目不规范、设计不合理、实施有困难，为了拿到这些公益创投项目，一些社会组织真的就是为了争取项目而去争取项目。由此，出现了社会组织忘记了自己成立组织的初心!更是忘记了自己社会组织的使命!

社会组织盲目地申请公益创投项目其结果是项目到手了、使命也丢失了!这样的项目直接导致政府购买服务的初心不会满足，受众群体也不会满意。

随着去年9月1日《慈善法》出台实施，很多社会组织应运而生，这些社会组织切忌不能为了自己的生存而忽略了今后的发展。

原中央电视台制片人、知名媒体人陈虻说过：不要因为走得太远而忘记为什么出发。现在我们的一些社会组织刚刚出发学会走路就已经忘记了为什么出发。

现在社会组织要生存、要发展，首先要做的就是要找好定位、资源整合、精细划分、点面结合!不做与自己使命无关的项目、不做自己不擅长的领域。

其次，社会组织要按照自己的使命认真研究自己组织的优势在哪里?抓住微小的一点深入下去，只要做出精品公益项目一定会有政府、企业和个人站出来买单!

这样的合作是社会组织占有主动权!是社会组织为了完成自己的使命去合作!不是改变了自己的初心去寻找外援!
