后来高尔基又结识了知心朋友小茨冈，两人无话不谈，结下了深厚的友谊。可是，好景不常，可怜的小茨冈就被两个凶狠的舅舅给害死了。高尔基就这样失去了好友。雅可夫和米哈依尔是魔鬼，欧打自己的老婆，还天天闹着要分家产，兄弟之间一点也不团结，两个儿子萨沙也被教坏，处处捉弄高尔基。此后，高尔基又认识了木匠“好事情”,成了好友。结果被外祖父赶走，高尔基得了个继父，十分凶常打人，几年后，最疼爱他的外婆死了，母亲也死了，就被外祖父赶出门靠捡垃圾为生。

在我们这些90年后的孩子中，我们都有一个美好快乐的童年，可高尔基却有一个不幸的童年。小小年纪的高尔基离开了父母身边，在他外祖父家目睹了舅舅们为了家产争吵斗殴，愚弄弱者，毒打儿童的令人作呕的丑事。我虽然知道，那个时候的社会是黑暗的，低层社会的生活就是这么无奈，可我无法想象一个小孩子在这种社会下是怎样生活的。

Recently our class had a discussion about whether we should help

strangers.Different students have different opinions.

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and

helping others is helping ourselves.We may come across some trouble and need

others help some day.If everyone isnt willing to help us just because we are

strangers to them，its hard to imagine what our world will be like.
