第一次上英语课，同学们都在议论，说今天可能要换新老师，我的心就怦怦怦地跳，心想：不会又是一个”暴力女“吧！我坐在最前面一排，上课铃一响，就看见一个高个子女老师站在教室门 口，许多同学又开始议论：”我觉得这个老师一定很和蔼！“”不！相反，高个子老师一般应该很暴力！“听了这些话，我情不自禁地想到以前老师生气的样子；板着个脸，铁青的面孔，很吓人。于是 我的心更加紧张。正在这时，高个子老师走进教室，上课了，老师第一句话竟是：”大家好，我姓罗，以后和同学们一起学习，请多多指教！“和风细雨般的，这句话震惊了全场人！我紧张的心立刻轻 松了许多……开始写作业了，我拿起笔，刷刷刷地写到了最后一题，这可把我难住了，我一会儿摸摸头，一会儿玩玩笔，正当我百思不得其解时，罗老师过来，”怎么了，像很为难的样子？“我说出了 我的困难，罗老师笑笑指着课本上刚学的句子，”哦！我明白了！“我那堵塞的思路立即被疏通了。多亏罗老师地及时到来呀！我再看看她的脸——白白的脸蛋透着粉红，挂着温柔地微笑，十分亲切。 多么可爱的老师啊！

还有一次报听写，虽然单词很简单，可是由于我太紧张，不小心写错了一个字母。，事后，我肠子都悔青了！第二节英语课，老师要公布听写成绩，听到别人都是一百分，我惭愧地低下了头。 念到我了，老师特意说，虽然错了一个，可老师相信我的有实力，还和蔼地对我说：”不要紧，下次认真点就好了！“我听了，特别感动。罗老师，您是我心目中最棒的老师。

我爱罗老师！爱她的美丽，爱她的温柔，爱她的和蔼可亲！

christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in china. christmas cards become popular with students. people hold christmas parties and exchange christmas girts. a lot or tv and radio programs about christmas are on. meanwhile the spring festival is less appealing (有吸引力的)to youngsters. thus some people wonder whether christmas will replace the spring festival.

this worry is fairly unnecessary. why ? one reason lies that christmas only affects christians，college students and joint-venture (合资企业)workers. another reason is that christmas is mostly celebrated in cities. few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exotic(带有异国情调的) festival. by contrast，the spring festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family.

i think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the west，a lot of western holidays have been gradually introduced into china. for us chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals. for centuries chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beginning of a new year. and we will treasure the spring festival forever.

春节这几天，我都在奶奶家住，因为奶奶家最热闹，叔叔婶婶哥哥们以及其他家人们都来这吃团圆饭。我非常高兴，想着能吃到美味的饭菜，香喷喷的点心，还能得到很多压岁钱，我越想越高兴，春节前一天晚上我兴奋得一夜都没睡，脑子里想的全是饭菜、点心、压岁钱，还有那漂亮的新衣服，好看的新鞋，还有黑眼圈……

春节的这天早上，我第一个从床上跳起来，抖擞抖擞精神，活动活动筋骨，然后高高兴兴去叫爷爷奶奶，爷爷见我起得这么早，也不甘落后，从床上翻身便爬了起来了，奶奶起床了，洗完脸刷完牙，一心想到的就是吃个痛快！一想到吃，我就来劲，忙向爷爷奶奶建议做这做那，爷爷是主厨，因此做什么由他这位裁判来决定，爷爷说：“很久没吃过饺子了，包些饺子吃吧。”我们都非常赞同。

决定做什么以后，我们便分工进行了，爷爷做肉馅，奶奶揉面，我烧水。我们干起来都十分有劲，不到半个小时，肉馅弄好了，面也弄好了，水也快烧开了。奶奶便熟练地包起饺子来。

过了大概二十多分钟，爷爷便把饺子放进锅里，煮了起来。约摸过了十多分钟吧，爷爷便把饺子捞起来，分成了好几盘，我便抢了一盘津津有味地吃个痛快！由于吃得太快，舌头都被咬了。

啊，真是一个快乐的春节啊！

This shows that people have begun to change their ideas about celebration.   Firecrackers and fireworks used to be one of the main causes of air pollution and the most important cause of injury during the Spring Festival. Now with fewer firecrackers and fireworks, we see a much clearer sky and many fewer people with injuries, which hasresulted in a much happier festival atmosphere both outside in the street and inside at home. So we can predict that we will see a better environment next year.
