I also tried to put one, but since then I cant put the fireworks again. The Spring Festival is really a beautiful day.

春节是我国人民的传统佳节，另外还有一些传统的民风民俗。此外，还有一个美丽动人的传说呢。

传说在很久很久以前，有一只巨大无比的怪物，经常在大年三十的晚上跑出来吃人。因为它是在大年三十出来的，所以人们把它叫做“年”。它实在太大了，而且刀枪不入，村民们手无寸铁，无法和它抗斗，所以只好逃亡。

一天晚上，村民们正准备收拾东西逃亡，突然出现了一位老婆婆。只见她衣裳不整，脸色苍白，像是几天没吃东西了，那村民急忙给了她一点东西，她才慢慢恢复了。

她问到：“你们为什么要收拾包袱啊?”

那人说：“我们这里每年大年三十的晚上都会来一个怪物，把村里的人都吃光。”

老婆婆又问：“是什么怪物啊?那么厉害?”

“是一头凶勇的怪物。”

“凶勇的怪物?”老婆婆心中有了数。

“我们来做个交易怎么样?”老婆婆说。

“什么交易?”

“你给我吃的和住的，我帮你们降妖怎么样?”

“您还能降妖?那人听了很是吃惊。

“怎么样啊，想清楚了吗?”

“好吧，我试试看。”

第二天晚上，“年”又照常来了。但是它东瞅瞅，西瞧瞧，怎么也看不到一个人影。突然，一阵巨响，“年”寻声望去，只见一位身穿红衣的老人正面带微笑的看着它。“年”高兴极了，好不容易见到一个人了。它飞快的跑过去，但它还没到老人的面前就又大叫着跑回来了。

原来呀，“年”是怕火和红色，所以一见到火和红色就又退回来了。

从此以后，“年”再也不敢跑出来吃人了。于是便有了贴春联。放鞭炮的习俗。

小朋友们也很喜欢过年，因为他们可以得到压岁钱和糖果。

我喜欢过年，我盼望2015年赶快到来!

Chinese New Year is the most important festival in China. Before the Spring Festival People clean their houses，put red couplets on their gates，and set off firecrackers to drive away the legendary monster “Nian”.

On the eve of the Spring Festival, families get together and have a big dinner. Dumplings are the most traditional food.

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words “Happy new year”. People enjoy the Spring Festival, during this time they can have a good rest.

Children like the festival very much, because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their elders. This money is given to children for good luck.

I’m Li Hua, one of your students in China. It’s almost a month since you left us. We all miss you and are very grateful for what you did for us.

We are busy as usual. We had an English speech contest the other day. I won the first prize! This again reminds me of all your kind help. Do you still remember the trees we planted together on the hill behind the school? Yesterday, we went there and watered them. The tree you planted yourself is growing well, and the whole class decided to name it Sue Wood. Will you come back to see Sue Wood?

“呯、呯、呯……”随着鞭炮的炸响，我们在热闹声中迎来了虎年的春节。难忘的春节 —— 佳音 —— 快乐“佳”家

在春节里，我最喜欢两件事，一件是给亲朋好友拜年，难忘的春节 —— 佳音 —— 快乐“佳”家收压岁钱；另一件就是放鞭炮、烟花了。

爷爷家的后院很宽敞，我们可以在那里尽情地玩耍。我与小弟一手提着点燃的香，一手拿满零散的小鞭，我们用香头去触碰小鞭的那一刻，脸上与心中的喜悦是无法用语言形容的。后来，我们又用棍子提着一长挂小鞭，爷爷将鞭炮点燃，我们听着鞭炮“噼噼啪啪”的响声，脸上荡漾着笑容，感受着春节的快乐！

“大姐，大姐，快看呀！”小弟拉着我的手。爷爷正在放“龙腾虎啸”，烟花在空中炸开，有时好像一朵大菊花，有时恰似一颗童心，有时仿佛是一片嫩芽。难忘的春节 —— 佳音 —— 快乐“佳”家

不过，最美丽的还是一种叫做“闪光花”的烟花，烟花在天空中绽开时，那些星星点点的闪光像是挂在天空上的小星星，一闪一闪的，瞧，那个大大的烟花就像一颗流星，拉出了一条长长的尾巴。还有的时候，从烟花里冒出一朵朵玲珑多姿，难忘的春节 —— 佳音 —— 快乐“佳”家五彩缤纷的小花，点缀在夜空中，很是好看。

我们吃过晚饭后，爷爷又带我们放起了“七彩天使”、“旋转飞船”等。我拿着一个如叶子似的小鞭炮，用火柴点燃，就急急地往后躲，没想到这个鞭炮还不领情，竞然飞到我脚下，我急忙在地上跳了起来，蹦到别处去了，逗得旁边的奶奶与小弟哈哈大笑。难忘的春节 —— 佳音 —— 快乐“佳”家

过了一会儿，鞭炮的声音渐渐小了，我们也安静下来了，回到了屋里。

这个春节，真有意思，着实令我难忘！
