In the first year of my collage, I joined in a volunteer club. The mission of club is to help those people in need. 我们宁波大学是属于重点批次院校，一般不会出现那种女学生外出从事“性”交易的情况，但我从学生的角度了解到的形势并不乐观，一些虚荣心较强，家庭条件一般或是较差的学生还是有外出从事“性”交易的。还有部分家境很好的男同学晚上会有外出找“小姐”。人数虽然极少，但难免感染上艾滋病毒，2004年初，美国和宁波市疾病预防控制中心有关专家共同深入到娱乐场所，经过近4个月，对江东、慈溪等地4家宾馆两百余名娱乐场所从业人员进行调查，艾滋病防治基本知识平均得分为8.4(总分为14分)。与性伴侣最近一次发生性行为使用安全套的只有51人，其他人员均不用安全套。最近一个月每次使用安全套的有16人，不用安全套的有72人，占35.6%。而如果我们的同学回到学校进一步传染，后果相当严重。

宁波市疾病预防控制中心也曾经公布了一项与日本京都大学共同协作完成的调查结果。通过对宁波市2万余名大学生有关性病艾滋病防治知识的调查，结果显示甬城七成多的大学生对艾滋病感染者持避免接触和同情态度;大多数大学生认为自己不会感染艾滋病。持这种观点的，两所高校的比率分别为72.0%和63.8%。他们认为，只要平时注意生活作风，少一些性伴侣，而且即使有多个性伴侣，只要增加男女双方的自我保护意识，也不会感染艾滋病。

这份调查表明了我们大学生们对艾滋病的知晓率还是不够高，甚至有很大一部分人根本不知道艾滋病的相关知识，这不得不让人担忧。

从感染艾滋病病毒到发病有一个完整的自然过程，临床上将这个过程分为四期：急性感染期、潜伏期、艾滋病前期、典型艾滋病期。不是每个感染者都会完整的出现四期表现，但每个疾病阶段的患者在临床上都可以见到。四个时期不同的临床表现是一个渐进的和连贯的病程发展过程。由于目前尚无预防艾滋病的有效疫苗，因此最重要的是采取预防措施。主要有：

1.坚持洁身自爱，不卖淫、嫖娼，避免婚前、婚外性行为。

2.严禁吸毒，不与他人共用注射器。

3.不要擅自输血和使用血制品，要在医生的指导下使用。

4.不要借用或共用牙刷、剃须刀、刮脸刀等个人用品。

5.受艾滋病感染的妇女避免怀孕、哺乳。

6.使用避孕套是性生活中最有效的预防性病和艾滋病的措施之一。

7.要避免直接与艾滋病患者的血液、精液、乳汁和尿液接触，切断其传播途径。

预防艾滋病的最简单的办法就是每次性交的时候，为了避免有体液的交流，一定用避孕套。所以在西方一些国家，有些学校和组织都发放免费的避孕套。艾滋病的传播主要与人类的社会行为有关，完全可以通过规范人们的社会行为而被阻断，是能够预防的。

5月6日早上，我们正睡得香，突然响起了起床号，男生宿舍像炸开了锅一样热闹。只见同学们一个个像猴子一样从床上蹦了起来，手忙脚乱地穿着衣服。和我们同一间寝室的周教官也在提醒大家快点穿好衣服和鞋子，到操场集合。我是我们中队第一个操场的，可是其他中队却有好多人已经到了。等人全部到齐之后，教官说：“回去由老师教同学们折被子，学会之后，让学生自己折被子、收拾宿舍。”我们回去学习折被子了，刚开始我们都折得不怎么好，经过我们反复的刻苦训练，终于可以达到老师的基本要求了。看着一个个方方正正的“豆腐块”同学们自豪地笑了。

我们还开展了许多有趣的活动呢!

我印象最深的是重走长征路活动。5月7日下午，教官吹起了集合号，一转眼的功夫，全校的同学都迅速到操场集合站好，没有一个人乱动，刻苦的训练总算没有白费呀!考官说：“同学们，今天下午我们要去重走长征路，同学们敢不敢走?”“敢!”，同学们响亮地答道。出发了，我们首先看见的是辽阔的田野，像绿色的海浪。我们被深深地吸引住了，不想走下去了，可我们是全基地第一方队，并且是排头，只好恋恋不舍地继续往前走。走着走着，看见了一群洁白如雪的鸭子正准备下河洗澡呢!一只长得壮的鸭子首先跳进清澈的河水里，接着好几只鸭子也连续不断地跟着跳下了河，这群“白雪公主”就在水里戏耍开了。我觉得真可爱。经过30分钟的急行，终于到达目的地。那是一片已经枯萎了的树林，它们正准备发出新嫩芽。我们就坐在草坪上休息了。原路返回基地，我累得几乎失去了知觉，心想，才走了这么一小段“长征路”就累成了这样，红军走长征真辛苦呀!

我们还自己包饺子，体验做家务的乐趣;我们玩沙艺建长城，领略建长城的辛苦。陶艺、看电影、联欢晚会、跳兔子舞等活动也十分有趣!

大学的军训生活，为我们未来四年的大学开了个好头。

Chinese New Year is coming and my family is very busy. Its because Chinese

New Year is very special and important. We must prepare many special things to

get ready for this festival.

First, will make a big New Year meal. Second, we will make “Good-luck

wishes.” Third, we will set off firecrackers. New Year meal is delicious and we

think that eating some will bring us good luck. A long time ago, Chinese people

believed red color could bring our good luck too. And we set off firecrackers

could frighten ghosts away.

Chinese New Year is very popular between students. Because we can have a

long happy holiday.

中国新的一年的到来，我的家人很忙。这是因为中国的农历新年是非常特殊和重要的。我们必须准备许多特别的东西能为这个节日准备。

首先，将做一顿丰盛的新年。第二，我们将“祝福”。第三，我们会放鞭炮。新年餐美味，我们认为吃一些东西会为我们带来好运气。很久以前，中国人认为红色可以把我们的好运气。我们可以燃放爆竹吓唬鬼魂。

中国的新年是很受欢迎的学生之间。因为我们可以有很长的节日快乐。
