虽然起色并不是太大，但是我抓住了一次机会，那次他正在写作业，班上其他同学作业写好后就交到讲台上来，有一个孩子经过他旁边两次都碰到了他的膀子，虽然已经道歉了，可他还是不耐烦的叫出声来，于是我蹲下身来，亲切地跟他说，说说你为什么要大叫吧，他说：因为作业没写完，别人干扰到他，使他的本子画花了!

首先，我肯定了他的学习态度：“你的反应说明你刚才正在专心完成作业，你今天的作业态度有了很大的进步，老师真为你感到高兴!”他其实是个聪明的孩子，听到我这么说以后，反而有点不好意思了，我就接着跟他说：“其实刚才那个同学并不是故意的，所以他跟你道歉了，所以我认为他的行为是可以得到谅解的，你觉得呢?”

从他的表情我已经看出他为自己刚才叫喊的行为感到后悔了。不过我希望通过这件事能让他体会到莫名被别人打扰的感受，于是我乘热打铁，让他来说一说自己被别人打扰的感受，他的脸立刻红了起来，其他孩子开始按耐不住了，纷纷举手，表达出自己的想法，当然有的孩子是带着埋怨的情绪的。我立刻换了一个话题，请大家来说说这个同学的优点，刚开始大家还不愿意开口，但是在个别同学的带领下大家还是说出了很多条，最后我就问大家，如果这位同学改掉之前的缺点，你们愿意跟他做朋友吗?大家异口同声回答说愿意。

最后这个孩子也腼腆地给了大家一个回应：“请大家看我的表现吧!”从这以后，他不但调皮捣蛋的次数减少，连学习上也有了很大的进步，人也变得开朗起来。所以作为老师的我们，当遇到类似问题时，我们不能只看到孩子顽皮的一面，一味地去责罚他们，我们也要看到他可爱的一面，并用放大镜去看他的优点，以自己的爱心去唤起他爱的共鸣，满足他对爱的需求，建立起他对老师同学的信任与依恋。

Behind every great achievement in anyones life lies perseverance. We see

this in every human endeavor. Outstanding sportsmen spend all their time

practising. Their endurance is beyond imagination.

The same is true of businessmen who build up fortunes. What we usually see
