In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to

help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand

seems to be out of accord with the times.

Then what’s wrong with our society? Some people may say that facing

skyrocketinghousing prices, expensive medical expenditure and soaring commodity

prices, they have no choice but to struggle to make a living, and thus it would

I have a very good friend. Her name is Hu Lili. Shes fourteen years old. She has big beautiful eyes,and short hair. She is tall and strong, but not fat. Shes very kind to people.

She likes doing sports,such as tennis, badminton and soccer. She has many hobbies:listening,reading,drawing,singing and dancing. Sometimes we speak English in our school. I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.
