Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

圣诞节只是基督徒庆祝其信仰的耶稣基督(jīdū)诞生的庆祝日。圣诞节的庆祝与基督教同时产生，被推测始于西元1世纪。很长时间以来圣诞节的日期都是没有确定的，因为耶稣确切的出生日期是存在争议的，除了《新约》以外，没有任何记载提到过耶稣;《新约》不知道日期，当然就没有人知道确切日期了。在西元后的头三百年间，耶稣的生日是在不同的日子庆祝的。西元3世纪以前的作家们想把圣诞日定在春分日上下。直到西元3世纪中期，基督教在罗马合法化以后，西元354年罗马主教指定儒略历12月25日为耶稣诞生日。现在的圣诞节日期跟西元纪年的创制是密不可分的。

It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his mother.

He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to a shop

to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he couldn’t

do the cooking well. Thenhe cleaned the room. He felt very tired, but he was

very happy.

When his father and his mother came back and saw the clean rooms and dishes

which weren’t so nice, they were very happy.They had their supper together. His

mother said, "Thank you,my child!"

那天，老师将包括我在内的几个同学叫到教室外面说了几句话。再回到教室时，我看到擦讲桌的抹布掉在了地下，走在我前面的人似乎都没有看见。看到被众人漠视的抹布，我开始纠结：是捡还是不捡?要不就不捡了吧，后面这么多人，别人还要等着，多麻烦啊，可不捡的话就让抹布在地下呆着吗?最终心一横——捡!我刚要回头将它捡起，我后面那个人推了我一下，拉远了我与抹布的距离，最终我怀着抱歉回到了自己的位上。

回到座位之后，我盯着那被人踩来踩去的抹布，越发感到自责，看着陆续进来的人，不禁感到无奈。难道抹布就这样被所有人无视了吗?

不会的!最终它被一个人捡了起来。将它捡起的那个人正是我们班的第一名。至今我仍清楚地记得捡抹布时他那丝毫没有疑迟与纠结的面孔，那种自然让我的心一颤。

原来这就是为什么我不如他优秀。在做一件事时，我会想这想那，受外界影响，因而浪费时间与精力，错失良机。而他能听从内心，果断的做出决定，及时的抓住机会。

地下那个抹布就如同天使，同时出现在我与他的面前。因为我的摇摆不定，天使留给了我自责遗憾;因为他的果断决绝，天使留给了他问心无愧。

这个难忘的细节之所以会铭刻在我心里不是因为它发生于哪个特殊的人或事，而是因为我的心为它醒悟......
