Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

在我的记忆中，那一个面向黑板，背向学生，汗水浸透了衣服的背景中永远也抹不掉的。而他就是我的化学老师。几乎在所有的同学眼中，他就是一个极其认真的老师。

忘不了去年夏天国庆假期补课，天气确实热得紧，学生都坐不住了上课也不专心。像这样的情况他其实可以有所松懈，但他没有，他仍然坚守一个教师的责任，他坚持全心全力地为我们上课，结果他的衬衣全部被汗水浸透了。看到那，我的心一紧，真是一位好老师啊!

忘不了那带着浓重的家乡口音的进课，他认真是不可否认的。但他的课堂并不是严肃而紧张的。时不时也会和我们开一些小玩笑，让我们放松一下头脑，他自己似乎也很得意。尤其是当他讲得正兴高采烈我们正听得专注时，他突然冒出一个很奇怪的词语。惹得下面的同学笑得前仰后俯。甚至还有的同学学他说话，又一次引发了全班同学的欢乐的笑声。而他也并不制止我们，等着同学们安静下来之后又共同进入学知识的海洋，不可否认，他真是一位平和的老师!忘不了那一本本厚厚的笔记。说实话，我从没看这那么认真的笔记而且是出自一位老师之手。上面的每一个字都写得极其认真，还有收集的重点题型以及他历年来对高考题的分析整合。其实当看到那些笔记时，不止我一个人惊呆了而是全班同学的目瞪口呆，一致对他啧啧称叹。看过他的笔记之后，全班同学都惚然大悟。在以后记笔记而且写其他作业时也都是上行下效。看，真是一位有模范作用的老师吧!

说句心里话，我们的老师不平凡而他们的爱更不平凡。祝福您——我们的老师!

面对挫折，自强者终会知道这是人生路上必须搬开的绊脚石，更能从中体验到战胜困难，超越自我的快乐。奥斯特洛夫斯基说得好：“人的生命似洪水在奔腾，不遇着岛屿和暗焦，难以激起美丽的浪花。”如果我们在挫折面前是勇敢进攻，那么人生就会是一个缤纷多彩的世界。也正如巴尔扎克的比喻：“挫折就像一块石头，对弱者来说是绊脚石，使你停步不前，对强者来说却是垫脚石，它会让你站得更高。”

面对挫折，我们不应该有畏惧的心理，而应该心不烦，意不乱地去解开过去，面对现实，创造未来。从挫折中，我们明白了生活来之不易，从而对每一份收获都弥足珍重，拿破仑曾说过这样一句话：最困难之时，就是离成功不远之日。成功是经过多次磨练而成的，所以我们应该好好珍惜。遇到挫折，我们只要相信了自己，才会有勇气去迎接挑战，才不会在困难和挫折面前打退堂鼓。学会面对挫折，也是生命的一种馈赠，因为人们真正的奋起，往往起于挫折之后。

A hot day

Today is very hot,the heightest temperature reached to 40 degree.So I

stayed at home all the day.I recited english text this morning,after I finished

my homework,I prepared lunch for my families.I cooked egg-fried rice for

lunch,because there was eggs in the fridge only and I didnt want to go out

shopping for the hot weather.In the afternoon,I slept half of the day.It was

time to cook dinner when I wake up.It was a boring day,I hate hot weather.
