expectations.As workers, people are faced with the pressure from deadline, from

suggestions about relieving pressure.

First of all, to confide to others is an efficient way for relieving

pressure. When we feel so anxious and worried that we cannot continue to work or

study, go to talk with our friends or family members and we will get some relief

and feel better. Second, to do some exercises is another way to relieve

pressure. If we are under pressure for a long time, doing some exercises can

出于对他的无视和厌恶，虽然是同桌，我仍然不想和他多说话。但让我吃惊的是，他竟然在老师未点名刚开学的情况下，叫出了我的名字。那一霎那，我不禁震了一下：他怎么会知道我的名字?叫得那么准，那么清?

经过和我做同桌的一个月观察，我发现他上课认真听讲，下课只是看看小说而已，几乎不和别人说话，和同学们的关系也不是很融洽。我心想：他是宅男?

一个月过去了，月考来了!我努力地复习迎战，他仍是看小说，难么淡定?他肯定考不好，就他那状态，还想拿高分?门儿都没!

月考成绩发下来了，让我目瞪口呆的是：他只差我五分!我全班第一，他第五名!我不相信这是他的实力，怀疑他作弊。但是，在往后许多次测试中他都稳如泰山!遗憾的证明：我的猜想是错误的，而他是个“天才”!

这引起了我的嫉妒心，我对他由无视变成了仇视!而他反而对我更好了：在坐校车回家时，他帮我占座;在我考试失利时，他递给我纸巾;在我遇到困难时，他给予我帮助!唯一不同的是，他让我感受到了他在学习上和我强烈的竞争。

但是，对于他这些关心和帮助，我不仅漠视，而且觉得他在伪装。从来没对他说过一句“谢谢”!至于为什么当初我这么想，我也不知道，也许我当初觉得他在学习上的谦让才算是对我的帮助吧!但是无论是为什么，我现在都觉得自己当时的看法非常好笑，毫无道理，同时也充满了对他的残忍和冷酷!我把他视为自己的敌人，想方设法捉弄他，仗着他对我的宽容和关爱，去欺负他。
