在我的童年里，每年春天都离不开餐桌上的那一道鲜美的竹笋，它是我心中念念不忘的食物，令我垂涎欲滴。 In my childhood, the delicious bamboo shoots on the table every spring, it is the food that I miss in my heart, making me saliva.

童年的一天，母亲带我去竹林挖笋。我喜出望外，那兴奋之情无法用语言来表达。我兴冲冲地走上了前往竹林的小路。那时正是早春，小路边的树上都开满了花，红的一片，白的一片，春意盎然;黑、黄相间的蜜蜂飞来飞去;刚冒芽的绿叶像个小喇叭，羞涩地微微张开。

我一路边走边看，心花怒放。到了竹林，眼前的景象截然不同。竹子比比皆是，一棵比一棵高大，一棵比一棵苍翠。我向母亲提议，来一场挖笋比赛。母亲同意之后，我就迫不及待，立刻动手了。我拿起剪刀，在一棵深绿色的竹子旁匆匆地寻找。终于，我找到了一棵竹笋，就小心翼翼地拨开旁边的泥土，然后用力一拔，可谁知竹笋看上去很柔弱，但根却深深地扎在土中，很牢固。我用足力气拔了好几下，硬是没有拔出来，而自己却脚底一滑，摔在泥地中。

母亲见了，哈哈大笑起来。我灰心丧气，刚才的豪情壮志早就云飞雾散了，我怎么也没想到竹笋如此坚硬!我顿时觉得颜面扫地，此时母亲已收了半袋竹笋。我不甘示弱，立刻振奋精神，再次用力，拔了又拔，竹笋依然纹丝未动，正当我气急败坏时。

突然灵光一闪而现，我顺手抄起剪刀，对着挖开的竹笋根处，一阵劈头盖脑地剪，竹笋才开始微微晃动。然后，我用尽全力一拔，竹笋终于乖乖就范。经过一场比赛，我和母亲收获满满。竹林中飘荡着我和母亲的欢声笑语，一阵风吹过，竹子“哗哗”地响，似乎竹林也在欢笑。

当天晚上，我们一家人品尝着新鲜的竹笋。我觉得这竹笋格外地好吃，我想：做任何时只要不怕困难，善于随机应变，就能成功。这次难忘的挖笋经历，是我有趣的童年往事，每每想起，都会令我记忆犹新!
