在我比较小的时候就生过一场病，后来在药物的帮助下康复了，但从那以后，我的体质就一直不好。上六年级那年，学校开展体育运动会，原本体质不好的我被同学以开玩笑的方式申报了400米跑步比赛。400米比赛马上就要开始了，内心无比恐慌的我站在起跑线上，周围每一丝空气里都渗透着加油声、呐喊声，让我紧张得喘不过。

我只能无力的看着起跑的方向，等待着起跑的枪响。“碰”枪声一响，我拼尽全力向前冲去，跑过50米时，我还居第四，随着跑的距离越长，名次就越往后，眼看着对手一个个的超越我，我拼尽全身力量，可脚就是不听使唤，好像灌了铅似的，怎么也抬不起来，一个念头闪过脑海——干脆不跑了!

速度明显慢了，这时周围的加油声好似变成了“逃兵、胆小鬼”，像长了脚似的直蹿进我的耳朵里。于是我咬咬牙，奋力向前冲，坚持冲过终点。当我冲过终点时，那几个曾经戏弄过我同学向我竖起了大拇指。这次比赛虽然没有名次，但我很开心——我尽力了。

Spring Festival is one of the most important traditional festivals in our

on the new year, setting off firecrackers and so on. Well, lets choose one to

talk about! Lets set off firecrackers!

The starting point of setting off firecrackers is the same as that of

lighting up lights. But the lights only have light, but no sound. Light can ward

setting off of firecrackers was related to Jiang Ziya. It is said that Jiang

今天中午，我们班举行了一个有趣的元旦联欢活动，还邀请了家长们一起来参加。

老师把我们分成了四组，我是第一组。家长们热心的帮我们铺餐布，然后开始准备美味的食品。哇，东西可真多呀!有鸡爪、有蛋糕、还有鲜牛奶，我们看了好激动呀!顾函羽妈妈还带来了馄饨皮和饺子皮，招呼我们开始动手包饺子和馄饨。崔曦予妈妈在一旁先示范，如何包饺子，她左手拿着饺子皮，手蘸了一下水，沿着饺子皮的边缘，擦了半圈，然后右手持勺子的样子，把饺子馅勺到饺子里，再用双手捏了几下，就这样一个像模像样的饺子做好啦。虽然我按照崔阿姨的做法来包，可是包出来的饺子活像一个四不像的怪物。

同学们看了，都哈哈大笑起来。我不甘示弱，做了好几个后，有志者事竟成，我终于包出了一个像模像样的饺子来，连崔妈妈也夸奖。其他同学有的是包馄饨，有的是包饺子，可热闹啦!接下来，就开始煮了，我看见饺子馄饨一个个白白胖胖的，像跳水一样“噗通噗通”地跳进锅里，跳起了“水上芭蕾”。

吃着自己亲手包的饺子，心里别有一番滋味。其他小组也都热火朝天的忙着呢!班级里充满了欢声笑语。

欢乐的时间总是过的很快，一个半小时的元旦联欢会就要结束了。家长们又开始忙碌起来，收拾着我们的“战场”，欢乐声又响成一片。虽然活动已经结束了，但这欢乐的笑声将永远留在我们的记忆中。

走进红树林，一条蜿蜒起伏的木栈道映入我的眼帘，一直伸向前方。如同一条等待时机腾飞的卧龙。远远望去，栈道上密密麻麻的小学生也像一条缓缓流动的河流呢。栈道的一旁，茂盛的红树侧过脸来和人们打招呼，微风徐徐吹来，树叶儿沙沙作响。好像在说："欢迎来到东寨港红树林!""欢迎来到东寨港红树林!"因为红树是长在海滩上的，木栈道的另一旁当然是海了，碧波荡漾的海面上飘荡着的游船真是令人神往呀!可惜我们人太多，不能去乘坐。偶尔一只白鹭轻轻点一下水面，那小圆晕便一圈一圈的荡漾开去。这儿真是一幅迷人的风景画呀!

走过木栈道，我们来到舞台前看了精彩的表演。其中让我感到最喜欢的就是口技表演了。当我听到从话筒传出的开火车开动的声音时，恍如身临其境，似乎真的看到一列火车缓缓启动了。同学们都看呆了，直到主持人喊："掌声响起来!"我们才鼓起了雷鸣般的掌声。人头搬家的魔术表演也让我们惊叹不已。

这次秋游我们既了解了红树，看到了令人心旷神怡的风景，又欣赏了精彩纷呈的表演。同学们个个开心不已，流连忘返。

每一棵成活的大树背后都有他和同伴们的艰辛和汗水的“浇灌”。依稀还能看见他们抵抗着大雨大风的摧残，顽强地栽下一棵一棵的树苗。

他的汗水没有白流，他终于成功实现了自己的理想，使这一地区变得越来越美丽，越来越充满生机。他所治理的沙化面积在一天一天的扩大，3000亩、5000亩……昔日的沙丘更绿了，树更粗了。

Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to

primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early

其实，无论是在喧闹的城市，还是在宁静的乡村，甚至在偏僻的山区、海岛，都有老师在认真地备课，上课……读了《老师您好，我的好老师》这本书，我不禁想起了我的数学老师——徐老师。

这件事发生在一个月前的一堂测验课上。我一会儿功夫就把数学题做完了。徐老师提醒我们：“要打草稿检查。”我伸伸懒腰，也不打草稿，随意地检查起来。检查完了，就趴在桌子上，等着下课。这时徐老师说：“张晁瑞，你把练习纸拿上来。”又说：“错一扣十。”我“嗯”了一声。“唰，唰。”徐老师一扣桌子，说：“你看看，这道题也会做错?做完为什么不检查?”看着格外刺眼的两个红叉叉印在练习纸上，我半天没说话。下课后，我被徐老师叫进了办公室，徐老师轻敲了这两个红叉叉，语重心长地说：“知道这次为什么错吗?”我低下了头，心想：不能不打草稿，一定要认真检查，徐老师这样严格地要求我，是为了培养我的好习惯。后来我养成了每道题目都打草稿，做完以后认真检查的习惯。

徐老师对班上每位同学都很用心。在午休的时候，她抓紧一切时间给同学们讲解《课堂作业本》中的错题，直到弄懂为止。高老师嘴里常年含着一颗润喉糖，那是因为她沙哑的喉咙只能靠润喉糖来缓解疼痛。高老师还有腰疼的毛病，批改作业时都要搬一把椅子架在桌子上站着批改，我真希望以后上课，她不要那么累啊!

Everybody knows that our life is very short, so the great educators always

advocate us to do what we like and pursue for our goals bravely. Most people

have many ideas in their minds and they dare not to take action, because

thinking of the effort they make but what if they accomplish nothing, so they

decide to give up and just live the boring life. It reminds me of the famous

words, some people just die at age of 20 but only to be buried at the age of 70.

As we are young and full of energy, it is a good time for us to fight for our

future, never be afraid of failure, because it is the mother of success. We can

achieve our goals if we have patience, just to cherish time and keep

fighting.

和谐宁静的大自然，绿意涌流、空气清新，她的美曾令我魂牵梦绕、追逐向往……. Harmony and tranquility, green and fresh, and the air is fresh. Her beauty once made my soul dreaming, chasing yearning ....

周末，我们梦寐以求的时刻，它的到来给颓唐的我们带来了希望，让我们看到了生机与活力，在这个可贵的休闲时刻，我们无忧无虑地放任自我，把自己交给可亲可敬的大自然，尽享大自然的无限风光。

朝思暮想的周末终于到来，插上享受的翅膀，在朋友的陪伴下来到田间寻找春的足迹，跟着春的步伐我们走进了大自然，走进了梦境。在大自然中，我们感受到了微风的轻柔，泥土的芬芳，小草的热情以及花儿的灿烂，但这还不足以满足我们逐梦的心，贪婪促使我们拥抱自然。

来到田间，我们个个都像刚出笼的小鸟，那份自由与悠闲之心就甭提了，那愉悦与兴奋我的笨笔还写不出十万分之一呢。我们肆意地跑着、跳着，无拘无束，就像春花一样尽情绽放我们的风采。一张张欢快的笑脸，一阵阵幸福的笑声在大自然中泛滥。

朋友们呢，仿佛不忍心拒绝小草的盛情邀请，索性躺在草地上与大自然亲吻，调皮捣蛋的小草呢则是可气又可笑，不时地用它们的小手来“抚摸”我们的脸，逗得大家开怀大笑，或许是抵制不住心中的那份冲动吧，尽管它们是如此的顽皮爱闹，可我们还是不愿和它们分手，奢望时光永驻在这欢乐时刻，那该多好啊!

美好的时光总很短暂，以往在学校的度日如年，现在却成了在郊外的时光匆匆。我们又发出“快乐易逝，欢笑难留”的感慨。虽然我们并非置身在陶渊明所说的世外桃源，但这样的完美景色又何寻呢?又怎不令我们这群青春少年流连忘返呢?这对于我们来讲已经足够，至少我们拥有过，不会带遗憾而逝。时间老人总爱和我们作对，黄昏逼近，依依不舍的我们寻找的步伐不得不到此止步，不情愿的我们依然收获无穷。

春，似一位多情的少女;大自然，则更像温暖的家。凝聚了爱与温暖，呈现出一派生机勃勃的景象。自然，邀你共度美好时光。

When autumn comes, I will be very excited, because it is my favorite

season. In autumn, the weather is neither too hot nor too cold, and I could

sleep well. I especially like to go hiking at this season, then we can enjoy the

picnic at the same time. When I reach the top, the cool wind makes me feel so

comfortable.
