With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. 上世纪八十年代，农民积极响应党的号召，种草种树，绿化荒山，公路两旁都种着高大的杨树，柳树。山上也被保护起来，种着杏树、桃树，梨树等。到了春天，漫山遍野的桃花、杏花竞相开放，整座山变成粉红色。到了晚春季节，桃花、杏花都逐渐凋落，一阵风吹来，桃杏花的花瓣随风飘舞，空气中弥漫着淡淡的花香，沁人心脾。山上的桃花杏花太美了，所以人们都把这座山叫桃花山。马路两旁的树，手挽着手，肩挨着肩，走在马路上，非常凉爽，只能看到星星点点的阳光从叶缝里洒下来。

Good environment can make people feel happy. To improve the environment means to qualify our life . What should we do to improve our environment ?

We should plant more trees . And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields . 端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!

在家时，我常听长辈说起他们小时候在小河边嬉戏的情景。那时候绿水如带，口渴时随手捧起就能喝一口…… When I was at home, I often heard the elders talk about playing at the small river when they were young.At that time, the green water was like a band, and I could drink it when I was thirsty ...

然而，你看现在，工厂冒出滚滚浓烟，将污水排入小河，一片片森林“倒下”，已经没有了当年的情景……

假如有一天，地球母亲问道：“孩子，我给了你蓝天、碧水、肥沃的土地，你是怎样生活的?我给了你飞鸟、走兽、鱼虾，你是怎么与它们为邻的?”

我想我们除了沉默，还能做什么?难道我们告诉它蓝天已经不再蔚蓝，水也已经不再清澈吗?我们能告诉它因为乱捕滥杀，我们已经自立了吗?

现在环境形势非常严峻，环境保护对我们来说不是一个新问题。作为现实生活中的每一个普通人，虽然不能从事环保工作，但可以从小事做起，从我做起!

再看我们的校园，我们的校园真的很美。你看，校园里五彩缤纷，百花争艳，诱人的花香在校园中肆意弥漫，一排排的树木也都“积极向上”生长，一片欣欣向荣。你听，欢快的小鸟正在枝头高唱赞曲、热情讴歌，我们的校园，它的乐园。每一处的音律都充满着新的希望，那既是往事留下的一点一滴的精彩，也是“勇往直前的号角声”。

可是，在我们的身边，在我们的校园，也有一些不和谐的因素：每天早晨起床后，细心的同学就会发现，校园旁边的一次性餐具，方便面盒随处可见;校园里，少数同学废纸乱扔乱丢。尽管垃圾箱近在眼前，有些人却偏偏吝啬自己的脚步。同学们都希望自己成为一个有气质、有修养的步伐。我们都是学生，我们都应该热爱我们的校园。那么就让我们携起手来，共同建造一个环境优美的和谐校园吧!

同学们，我们头顶同一片蓝天，脚踏同一片土地。共同的命运把我们紧紧联系在一起保护地球。让我们携起手来，努力让我们的地球母亲恢复年轻活力，让我们的地球母亲永远容颜焕发!
