1、规范游客行为，禁止游客乱扔垃圾，违者进行处罚。

2、在涝河两岸多设置垃圾桶，让游客有扔垃圾的地方。

3、设河道管理员，监督并及时制止游客的不文明行为。

4、停止在涝河挖沙。

The protection of the border is not a new problem for us, and our government has long proposed clear targets for governance.
