As is known to all, China is popular for its emperor of bicycles. This is

because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford

private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of

bicycles available. Riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car.

First, it is a physical exercise to ride a bicycle. In contrast, sitting in the

car, one tends to gain weight. Besides, it is nmch more economical to ride a

bike than drive a car. On the one hand,the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is

the annual tax. However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other

hand, a bike neednt be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most

important of all, it is beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because

the bike doesnt consume petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast,

the exhaust released by the car is harmful to the environment. Since China is a

developing country with a large population, bicycles will still be the most

popular means of transport in China for quite a long time. Most people will

still ride bicycles to go to work or to school. The emperor country of bicycles

will remain for at least dozens of years.

领毕业证时无意间翻了大家的照片，发现初一开学时与初三毕业时真的差了好多，几乎每个人都有了巨大的变化。有人高了，有人瘦了，有人胖了，有人帅了。但害羞的仍是那几个，微微低着头，轻轻抿出一抹笑；开朗的也依旧把眼睛笑眯出一条缝，恨不能把一嘴牙都龇出来；平时虽然皮但总在镜头下感觉不适应的几个男生，往常一样不敢看镜头，显得分外腼腆……

大家走后几个班委留下整理教室。从花架后面摸出三个班牌，毫不犹豫地揣进包里，带走见证我三年作为体委不断成长的东西。其中一个牌已经没有把手，而一看到这个坏了的班牌，我总会想起那场夺了第一的拔河比赛。决赛时，爸爸来助阵，却因太过激动，拿着班牌挥舞加油导致把手被折断。之后几周，我一直拿着这个没有把手的班牌，“苦苦”等着教学处发新的。

我最后走，像以前一样安检，关灯，关门，却在手拉上门的前一刻突然停住，猛然意识到这也许是我最后一次给这件教室安检。站在门口，我好像看见了下一个用这件教室的班，负责“门窗灯锁电”的也是一个因为拖拉、总最后一个走而莫名其妙当上安检员的女生。她也会因为当天有考试，怕考生来早进不了考场而提前将近一个小时到学校开门；她也会常常因为从后门出入而忘记开前门；她也会经常一个“不小心”把人锁在教室里，然后笑的蹲在地上站不起来；她也会在交钥匙之前认真把钥匙擦干净，甚至偷偷配一把作纪念。

走过操场，踩在初一初二向往不已，初三却又避之不及的红色塑胶跑道上，猜想着新一届二班的女体委，是不是也想我一样总不知不觉间给自己揽下无数任务，再咬着后槽牙一边努力工作，一边暗骂不过脑子就接活的自己；猜想着新二班的男生是不是也想我们班的一样，个不高但热爱篮球；猜想着他们班有没有让老师体委担心的体育特困生，有没有练体育练得一身伤的“奋斗型满分选手”。

@和我同组过的人（特别cue一下老四组和C氏家族的几位），总感觉你们跟我家人一样；@几只小傻子（在这里我并不想直白的点出你们的名字四李一东方）你们是我初中三年最早交上的朋友，也是友谊持续最久的；@一只大傻子（你自己知道的对吧子卜），你总是接下我不开心时所有的话还逗我笑……

我从没想过可以在初中三年遇上你们，最好（不接受反驳）的同学们，我会永远记着所有53+1个人，爱你们。

11月20日 星期四 晴

很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

该我上场了。果然，面试老师一得知我没有发表文章的经历，连我的简历也没有看，客气地对我说了声“抱歉”。然后就招呼下一位了。

睡前总结：也许是第一次参加应聘吧，感觉很失败。毕业求职时发现自己学到的东西并不太多。对没有工作经验的我来说，平时的经验就是很好的积累。我很后悔大学前三年没有好好练笔写些稿子。

11月22日 星期六 阴

前天那场招聘会，被隔壁班的两位英语高人给抢走了，听说待遇还不错。签就签了吧，至少少了两个竞争对手，好单位还多着呢。

在武汉科技会展中心，今天有场“武汉8校联合招聘会”，我早早地买了门票，攥着几天前就准备好的6份简历进了场。其中4份是准备应聘翻译的，另外两份应聘英文报刊编辑。其实我的“硬件”还算过得去——专业八级，计算机三级，还有两次“院三好学生”和两次二等奖学金。找个翻译的工作，胜算应该比较大吧。

会场人很多，我绕场转了两圈，仅发现两家英文报刊在招广告策划，想想和自己的专业沾了点边，我毫不犹豫地把简历递了过去。

对方仔细看我的简历，问了一句：“你是学广告策划的吗?”

他刚才不是看了吗?怎么还问我?我说：“不是，我是英语专业的。我对你们的工作岗位……”“对不起，我们不要其他专业的!”还没说完，对方就很不耐烦地打断了我的话。

睡前总结：今天的收获几乎为零。宿舍小文总结我的失败之处在于跨专业求职。想来也对，跨专业求职对普通学生难度太大，除非事前有很好的准备。今天的失败应该在于没考虑自己的专业因素吧。

11月27日 星期四 阴

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

我们专业不过500来人，而整个会场人数足足有一两千。我甚至还瞥见有位同学来自广东省的中山大学。

到底是针对英语专业，让我感觉自己能胜任在场的所有职位。上午我去一家外贸公司应聘高级翻译。面试老师用英语问起了一些有关我家庭成员和籍贯的问题，虽然谈不上对答如流，却也算是表达清晰。后来又和我聊起了今年年初流行的SARS病的相关问题知识，我的语句就开始不通畅了。最后我感觉对方有点落井下石，竟问起了今年诺贝尔化学奖的得主来自哪个国家。我支吾了半天，只好“SORRY”。

还是再试试另一家报社的英文编辑吧。

展位前的椅子上已经坐了好多前来应聘的人。我刚要找个地方坐下，中间一位老师就站起来宣布面试开始。接着发给大家每人一张试卷。要求在半个小时内完成。

我瞅了瞅周围的人，他们看上去相当认真。题目是十个选择填空题和一篇作文改错。几个选择题似乎很简单，几分钟我就完成了。那篇作文是有关神州5号飞船升空的，反复看了好几遍，才找到一处语法错误。眼看时间快到了，我胡乱地改了几处单词。然后把试卷交了上去。

那位戴眼镜的老编辑花了几分钟看完了我们的试卷，当场宣布5人进入下一轮面试，其余的人全部淘汰。原因是只有这5人记得神州5号升空的日子。

为什么平时不多看看报纸呢。这么重要的错误也没发现?下次还是小心点吧。

睡前总结：两个这么好的工作就被我这样给糟蹋了。我发现虽然自己专业已经是八级，但口语什么的好象还不太够用，而要命的是我平时除了集中学习专业知识，对外界的关心太少了。 翻译和编辑两种工作都需要大量的社会知识积累。我败在了平时。

12月1日 星期一 阴

连续两天，华中科技大学和武汉科技会展中心召开了两场招聘会。天很冷，但依然高兴，因为两天的奔波换来了三个面试机会。

一是本市一家进出口贸易公司，我应聘副总经理秘书，二是一家企业缺个策划，再就是市中心一所重点高中的英语教师。我根据自己的优势和硬件，集中对英语教师进行了精心准备。想到面试时多半会要求我上台试讲，我还特地请教了我们的英语老师，让他为我作了特别辅导。

果然不出我所料，那位老校长要我上讲台授课，4位老师临时充当我的学生。好在我提前做了准备，一上讲台，我就着那本高中英语课本绘声绘色地讲了起来。加上我们高中学过那篇课文，我发挥比较出色。20分钟后，老校长叫停，而后就和几位老师开始了讨论。

说实话，虽然紧张，但我对自己的发挥还是比较满意。果然，老校长对我说：“刘小姐，你已经通过了我们的面试，如果你是真诚喜欢这个职位的话，请随时拨打我的电话，我等你的好消息。”说完，递过来一张名片。

睡前总结：那一刻，我几乎要高兴得喊出来。为了工作，我已经整整奔波了10 天了。今天终于尝到了被录用的甜头。嘿嘿。

We are always educated to be kind and helpful, so when we see others in

trouble, we should give them a hand. But nowadays, some the bad guys make use of

people’s kindness to do criminal things. Recently, an article about a father

called on people to help her sick daughter was widespread in Wechat. Most people

had transported to let more people know. But later the media exposed the fact

that the father was rich and he wrote this article just to catch more fans.

Until then people were angry as they were cheated. The public condemns the

cheating behavior. The warm hearts should not be used of. It needs to be

cautious when people see the information about asking for help.

心中回想起那段旋律，不曾又潸然泪下，因为，要毕业了。

毕业之际，伤心总是难免的，但是在我们班中，真所谓“一日不哭，如已分离”，还全是拜那首歌所赐。

六一将近，校园星声代又要举行了，老师给我们挑了一首《明天你好》，这四个字意义丰富，说是要让我们圆满地度过小学的最后一个六一，听了老师说的话，每个同学心中无不弥漫着淡淡的忧伤与不舍。

老师先把歌放给我们听一遍，当旋律出来时，一股忧伤的气氛迅速渲染全班，当我们听了几句后，有人已经控制不住自己的情绪了，低声抽泣了起来，接着，班上大家都在无声地哭泣，宣泄对同学的不舍之情。

记得班上以前流行一种游戏，说是比谁先哭出来，谁就赢了，当时的我不但不想哭，还有一种想笑的感觉。可是到了现在，眼泪却不自主地溢满眼眶，从而泪流满面。是的，快毕业了，心情低落总是难免的，毕竟到了初中，再也不能天天QQ刷屏了，毕竟老师们说，我们是她们最舍不得的一个班；毕竟同学说，以后天各一方，再也见不到你们了……毕竟我们一起哭过、笑过、闹过，可是无论如何，我们永远是一条心，因为，我们在一起了六年，早已知道对方的性格，懂得互相理解与宽容。总说，毕业时不会哭，要哭也要到转角处哭，可是，当这一刻来到时，你真的会这样做吗？

转眼，一首歌早已放完，全班低声哭泣的人不减，我也跟着在哭，因为，毕业了。

我不会忘记，当我生病时，同学那关怀的眼神，那安慰的话语。当我考试考差的时候，同学那同情的眼睛，那鼓励的话语，我更不会忘掉——老师表扬是的关爱，同学那强壮的大拇指！其实，这都是一些微不足道的事，可这却让我感受到了友谊的快乐！

也许，谁也不会想到，在纪律不太好的六年级九班，在不太团结的六年级九班，也能在运动会上得“全体第一”的奖项！也许，谁也不会忘记，同学们为正在参赛的选手，撕破嗓子地呐喊声！谁也不会忘记，同学们拼搏时的信心，为的是班级的荣誉呀！有同学说：“我才不想参加呢！得了奖又有什么用呢？”说在口中疼在心里。其实，我们都知道，他是爱这个家的，爱这个家的每一个成员，只是，他不想表达出来而已。有个同学跑八百米，得了第一名，他说：“我不想跑太慢！”其实，他想为班级争光呀！谁又能想到，平时为了一点小事就斤斤计较的班级，在运动会上竟然能如此的齐心协力！这——就是班级的力量鼓励着着他们！这——就是因为他们总把班级放在第一！当我们拿到成绩兴奋的喊出来时，谁能不回忆起选手们努力奋战的画面呢？这次，我强烈地感受到与同学共同分享的快乐！

我们相聚在九班！我永远都不会忘记任何一位同学，不论你是开朗。活泼，不论你是多么的文静，我永远都不会忘记你——同学！我们在一起学习了三年，也许，我们永远也不能再聚集在一起了，永远也不能再一起学习了。

当我们迈出校园一刹那，我的泪不由的流了出来，真的，永远也不会再见面了，与那些不在初中部读书的同学，老师说的对，同学只是你生命中的一个过客，小学的班主任永远不可能是你初中的班主任，对于现在已经毕业了的我们，应该更加珍惜现在的同学。在初中毕业的时候，不会因为在哪些事情上而后悔。

在小学中高年级的这三年里你快乐过多少次？你再一次爬起来过多少次？你成功过多少次？这都是朋友给你的！这都是同学给你的！他们让你尝过这生活中的酸甜苦辣，因为他们教会了你，做人要学会宽容，多一点笑容。

有些同学因为一点小事就吵架，这不值得，因为你们是朋友，一定要互相信任对方，彼此多一点宽容！

有相聚就有离别，让我们带着同学的祝福，飞得更高，走得更远！带着老师给你的希望！

最后一个夏天，我们就要说再见、回首往事，一件件都历历在目。这三年，有快乐，有伤感…

最后一个夏天，我们就要说再见。

Hometown is the place where a person belongs. Chinese people have special

feelings about their hometown. No matter where they go, they won’t abandon it

and always make some time to visit. My hometown brings me so many happy memories

and I wish it could keep its original face forever.

Two years ago, I lived in my hometown. It is a small village, so people

there get familiar with each other. When we walked on the country road, everyone

smiled when we saw each other. There was no distance for us. In the daytime, I

liked to go boating in the small river with my friends, or sometimes I could

catch fish. The green trees around me and I could hear the birds singing all the

time. It was a paradise for me.

However, even the small paradise can’t avoid being polluted seriously. The

environment is no more clean, the river becomes smaller and the water is so

dirty. When I see this, I feel so pity. If we lose the clean land, how can we

survive for long. Protecting the environment is in need.

Live with thankfulness Do you know Thanksgiving Day?Do you know why human thank God? Thanksgiving falls on the fourth Thursday of November, a different date every year. The President must proclaim that date as the official celebration.

Thanksgiving is a time for tradition and sharing. Even if they live far away, family members gather for a reunion at the house of an older relative. All give thanks together for the good things that they have. In this spirit of sharing, civic groups and charitable organizations offer a traditional meal to those in need, particularly the homeless. On most tables throughout the United States, foods eaten at the first thanksgiving have become traditional. What should we thank?
