是的，当冬季长跑活动引来一阵又一阵非议的时候，我还是愿意相信当我们认真投入之后，我们会看到我们的同学在粗喘的长跑里渐渐变得运气自如，我们会看到鲜少运动的同学们渐渐露出阳光的笑脸。

冬季参加长跑锻炼，不仅有助于增强体质，还有助于锻炼不怕严寒的坚强意志，进一步增强身体对寒冷的适应能力。

在中国建设社会主义和谐社会的进程中，在中国体育事业蒸蒸日上的时代背景下，在促进人的全面发展中，体育实实在在发挥着无可替代的作用。而在当今学生普遍运动不足、身体素质日趋下降的情况下，冬季长跑无疑加强了同学们强身健体的意识，更为整日忙碌学习的同学们提供了一个参加体育锻炼的绝好机会。

众所周知，青少年时期的体质将决定我们今后一生的身体状况。也许谁都无法预测参加长跑会对我们今后的人生产生什么样的影响，但我想坚持下去，当运动成为我们生活的一种习惯之时，我们的人生会因这样的习惯而现出不一样的风采。习惯的力量是巨大的。

“冬练三九”这句谚语，是我国劳动人民在长期锻炼实践中总结出来的宝贵经验，鼓励人们不怕“三九”严寒，贵在坚持各种锻炼，以提高健康水平和运动成绩。

身体是革命的本钱，冬季长跑不仅强壮了我们的身体，也锻炼了我们的意志品质。冬季长跑给我的收获概括言之即是——不畏严寒，奋勇向前！
