The climate in our country is very pleasant.

My favourite season is autumn, because the sky is clean and cloudless. The summer heat is gone. The breeze brings us cool. Laurel trees give off fragrance. The perfume makes us relaxed and happy. What a beautiful season!

Autumn is the season for harvest . Howerver, just as a saying goes,no pains, no gains. I must study hard so that I can have a big harvest in all my subjects.

果园里，苹果红彤彤的，就像小弟弟的脸。叔叔阿姨们正踮着脚跟摘苹果。咚!一个熟透的苹果从树上掉了下来。柿子树上，一个个柿子挂在树上，远远望去像一个个红灯笼!葡萄架上的葡萄一窜窜、一簇簇，像一颗颗紫色的珠子，紫得发黑，让人真想咬它一口。

田野里，金黄色的稻子一望无际，就像给大地铺上一层金黄的地毯。农民伯伯正忙上忙下的，一会儿割稻谷，一会儿将稻谷装进篮子里。脸上露出欢乐和喜悦的表情。

秋天是一个景色迷人的季节，更是一个丰收的季节。啊!秋天，你真美呀!

20XX年10月25日是一个特殊的日子，因为这天是“第4届全国亿万学生阳光体育冬季长跑活动”的日子。清晨，当校长在司令台宣布冬季长跑的活动开始时，我就像刚泼了一盆凉水在头上，如晴天霹雳般，使我的心，凉透了。听完校长的讲话后，我像个木头般的站在原地，心想：这是个多么可怕的事，况且，我暑假里根本没怎么出去运动过，何况平时呢？唉，怎么会遇到这样的倒霉事呢？唉。

过了一天，要开始进入正式的长跑活动了。我紧张极了，连手都发抖起来，像要面临一场恶战一样。过了一会儿，只见前面的同学们开始跑了起来，随后，后面的紧跟着前面的同学，像一条长龙，奔跑着，我们也作好着准备，双手握拳，提起于胸前，做着准备姿势。该轮到我们班了，大家的面色都焕然一新，就我愁眉不展的。天空是晴朗的，而我的心却是阴沉沉的。在老师们的带领下，同学们纷纷向前奔跑着，大地也跟着同学们跑步的调子，加入了行列里，发出“蹬——，蹬——”的声响，颤动着、抖动着、活跃着。刚开始我还可以跟得上，可是到了后一圈，还算不上小胖墩的我就已经累得上气不接下气，气喘吁吁的了，真想找个阴凉的地方坐一下，休息休息。可是心想：要是停下来的话，有可能会被老师骂一顿，可是不停下来的话，太累了，身子吃不消。唉，算了，咬咬牙，坚持住，坚持就是胜利！加油吧！于是，我咬紧牙关，坚持跑完一千米才停了下来，走动走动，回到教室去。

在回教室的途中，自己身上已经是汗如雨下了，虽然跑步很累，但是却觉得很快乐，我再一次心想着：老师不是说过吗？多锻炼是对身体有好处的，我应该坚持锻炼，使自己有惊人的体魄，使自己更棒！想完，嘴也咧开笑来。

是啊，这次冬季的长跑虽然是很辛苦，每天要跑一千米，但是只要坚持到底，就会使自己变得更强壮。千里之行，始于足下，生命就在于运动啊！让我们一起运动起来，让自己更快乐一些吧！
