来到了浩大的操场，整个场面洋溢着同学们受到祖国宠爱的幸福味道，泛滥着不同于家庭的温馨气息。人山人海，真是热闹。

准备，开跑！广播里坚定有力的声音唤来了同学们整齐的步伐声，但——我不得不承认，这只是一时的。因为同学们体力不支，跑了几分钟就累了。还有一些同学并不认真，跑了两下就像水一样歪歪扭扭的了。

这里不仅有同学在跑步，还有很多与“桃李”同乐的老师，老师们也和我们这些“桃李”一起跑步呢！虽然他们是老师，但跑步的姿态也很滑稽。比如一些较胖的老师跑步时，他们的身体就会“簌簌落落”地飘起来再落下去，飘起来再落下去……

在我们跑步的时候，通常会有一些同学说话、推人。虽然这在平时是司空见惯的事，但这事传到了校长耳朵里，校长大人就马上采取行动制止了这些行为。

冬季长跑开始了，动物王国里的小动物都报名参加了。

比赛的场地在大森林里，一声枪响，比赛开始了。小狗弟弟跑在最前面，小兔妹妹第二，小猫哥哥第三，小马王子最后。动物们你追我赶，生怕被别人超过。小狗跑在第一心里想：反正我跑在第一了，我半路停下来休息一会儿别人也超不过我。于是他停下来靠在大树底下休息，还骄傲的回头看其他小动物，好像在说：你们别跑了，再怎么跑也超不过我。小兔妹妹不服气地说：别以为自己跑在第一，别人就超不过你。于是小兔妹妹加快速度，超过了小狗。小兔妹妹又有点得意洋洋。小马王子又在小兔妹妹得意洋洋的时候超过了她。最后小马王子冲过终点线的时候，裁判员小鸭公主已经在那里迎候了。

比赛结束了，小马王子获得了最后的冠军，大家为他戴上了美丽的花环。
