不仅陆晓娟厉害，我们班的曹亚斌也毫不逊色。别看他个子小，但他跑起步来可厉害哩!这不，他这回参加的可是1500米的长跑呢!比赛开始了，曹亚斌面对那些高个子毫不示弱。我们这些拉拉队呢!也扯着嗓子为曹亚斌加油。最后曹亚斌不负众望，取得了较好的成绩。

事件过的真快，冬季长跑运动会结束了，我们班取得了第一名。

I hate summer.In summer, the weather is hot, the air is humid, and the wind doesnt blow at all. In summer, everything seems tired——except the mosquito and the fly. They are everywhere. They bring diseases to people. No one likes to walk or work under the summer sun. Because the wicked sun will burn your skin. So the hot summer confines you to your room. Hot weather makes me drowsy and I cant study effectively. I hate summer. I wish it would go away quickly.

“加油，加油!”操场传来一阵阵呐喊声。原来，我们学校举行了冬季长跑比赛，我也是其中的一员哦!

啊，三年级女子检录了，我飞奔到检录处，排好了队，等待检录。检录完毕，要开始比赛了，我做好“预备——跑”的姿势。“呯”，只听一声枪响，我犹如一枝离弦的箭，飞快地冲了出去。起初，我和别人跑得差不多快。可第二圈时，就落在了后面，和前面一位同学相差好长一段距离。我呼吸急促，口干舌燥，心跳加快。第三圈就更不行了，我的腿软绵绵的，像灌了铅似的。过了第三圈的终点，迎来的是第四圈。我闭上眼睛，迈开大步，摆动双臂，奋力地跑起来。这时我的腹部剧烈地痛起来，这种疼痛使我浑身不舒服，真想停下来。忽然，一个声音传来了：奋力拼搏，就是胜利!离终点还差一百米、九十米、八十米……我咬紧牙关，双脚一蹬，冲向终点，一连超过了四个人。快到终点了，我和一个小朋友你追我赶，几乎是一起到终点的。可是，不可思议，简直太不可思议了，那个小朋友竟然比我快半个脚。就这样，她得了第七名，我才得了第八名。第八名，对我来说，是成功，也是失败。成功在于我的名次排在十名以内，失败在于我到终点只差一步却停下来了。

要开始跑了，开始的时候同学们整齐的步伐，齐声喊着“一二一，一二一......” 跑第一圈的时候，还觉得不错，很轻松，跑了三圈后，觉得有点累，长龙般的队伍也变的七零八乱，杂乱无章了。跑到五圈，脚上的速度渐渐的放慢了，像拖着两块重铁块似的，很沉重，一点儿也走不动了。功夫不负有心人，五圈终于跑完了，虽然还没有汗流浃背，也累的气喘吁吁，心跳也明显加快了，豆大的汗珠从我的脸上流了下来，脸也变得通红通红的。同学们也叽叽喳喳的说“不行了，不行了，累死了，累死了，跑不动了，再跑脚腕就快要断掉了。”重重的呼吸声也回荡在耳边。毕竟这是这个冬天的第一次跑嘛，累也是应该的，以后跑的时间长了，一定就不会觉得那么累了。

在晨光的沐浴下，我们绽放如火的青春。所有的辛苦换来的是我们强健的体魄，所有的汗水也将证明我们的付出。是的，当冬季长跑活动引来一阵又一阵非议的时候，我还是愿意相信当我们认真投入之后，我们会看到我们的同学在粗喘的长跑里渐渐变得运气自如，我们会看到鲜少运动的同学们渐渐露出阳光的笑脸。

In my memory, the winter here is always surrounded by cold. The winter is coming, the snow drifting profusely and disorderly underground, almost overnight, the earth was covered with a thick layer of snow. 今天是星期五，学校举行冬季越野长跑比赛，我也报了名，我的号码是3418。

参加比赛的同学很多，为了避免人数太多而发生意外事故，教师把我们按年级和性别分组进行比赛。第一批出发的是我们三年级的女生，接着是三年级男生，随后依次是四年级、五年级和六年级。

枪咚的一声，大家纷纷向前冲去。按号码我被排在靠后的位置，我也随大家努力向前奔跑。我一个个地超过她们，当时心理美滋滋的，当跑到科技一条街那儿时我就有点跑不动了，可我看见我们班的同学都在不停的向前跑，就鼓起力气向前猛跑。忽然一个很滑的小弯道我差点跌倒，其它同学都在小心翼翼地通过，这是最好的时机，因为我穿着防滑鞋，我又一次超过了在我前面的许多同学。快到学校时路旁的拉拉队在大声喊加油！加油！，这时我看见在我前面有一位民族班的同学在努力冲刺。我奋起直追，在距终点4米时我一下超过了她，取得了三年级女子组第九名，我高兴地跑向教学楼一楼大厅去登记。

下次我一定要努力争取更好的成绩，为班里争光！
