首先是三年级女子赛，我的心里仿佛十五个吊桶打水——七上八下的。随着发令枪的一声巨响，运动员们如一支支离弦之箭，飞快地猛冲出去。场下，啦啦队员们整齐地喊着：“三（1）班，加油！三（1）班，必胜！”严景恰似乎听到了我们的喊声，大步地跑着，冲到了领头的位置。严景怡的优势始终没变，其他运动员也奋起直追，丝毫没有泄气。终于到了最后一圈冲刺的时刻，运动员都使出了吃奶的劲儿跑，生怕一不留神，被对手超过。只见一个个运动员满头大汗，但都坚持跑完全程，没有人半途而废。“耶！太好了！严景怡最快，她是第一名！”我们啦啦队员在场下欢呼着，庆祝这美好的时刻。

男子赛也同样精彩。我还是很紧张，因为上个学年的冬季长跑就是男子赛没比好，才没得第一名的。但愿这次有个好成绩吧！发令枪响了，运动员们快速地冲了出去。李泽睿一马当先，到了领头位置。可其他选手也不甘示弱，渐渐超过了他。到了第二圈，我们班的长跑健将周楠冲到了第一，我紧张的心情稍放松了一些。周楠可是我们班男生里跑得最快的，在校运会上争金夺银，这次拿冬季长跑的第一名是绰绰有余。但是，后面的选手也不甘示弱，差一点就要超过他了！我急得直跺脚，大声喊道：“三（］）班，必胜，三（1）班，你是最棒的！”我们班的运动员听到加油声，跑得更起劲了，超过了一个又一个对手。冲刺阶段又来了！我的心里好像是装了一只好动的小兔子，跳啊，跳啊，激动极了。只见周楠摆动双臂，第一个冲过终点。“耶！我们三（l）班又是第一！”我欢呼道，心情久久不能平静。

后来，听陈老师说，我们班的总分排全年段第二。也不错啦！要知道，一年级校运会，我们班可是年段的倒数第一呢！我为我们班取得这么大的进步感到自豪！

My favorite season is spring.

When spring comes. Snakes wake up. They find their tasty food. White rabbits run on the grass. Many fish are in the river.

Spring is beautiful and green. In spring, the air is fresh, the sky is blue, the clouds are white. I often wear a red sweater and blue jean. I can fly kites on the green grass. In March we can plant trees. In spring, the weather is always sunny and warm, usually I go shopping. Sometimes I go hiking and climb mountains. I like spring.
